I was trying to get a deal on a product in the store. I asked to speak to the manager, because in the past I had had good service with her. The second time I showed up at the smoke shop, she completely changed. The manager was completely disrespectful to me, she told me to get the f*** out of her smoke shop. All I was trying to do was get a good deal on the product that I was buying, and she completely disrespected me in front of other customers. That is no way you run a business. I will never go back to this location ever again. You don’t run a business like this. This person is totally unprofessional. I usually don’t write bad reviews, but this person disrespected me in front of other people and I don’t take that s*** from anyone. The manager of the store might have had been having a bad day, but that is no way to treat a customer — there’s no excuse to act like a complete arrogant manager to your customers. CUSTOMERS ARE THE PEOPLE WHO PAY YOUR BILLS!!! Do not treat me with disrespect, I don’t care if you are tired. Maybe I had a bad day too– that’s WHY I AM AT A SMOKE SHOP!!! Don’t YOU UNDERSTAND THAT? Treat your customers with respect!!! On top of me driving out of the way to go to this smoke shop because it is totally out of the way for me, the manager of the store completely disrespected me. I would not recommend going here. The manager is a total psycho.

Being a nite owl and all, I was stoked when I ran across this spot and even more happy to get there and see that true to there word, they were open! Parking right in front, easy to find, staff was amazing and very knowledgeable and didn’t try to force me into buying something I didn’t want, which with smoke shops is a huge plus in my book. Huge and up to date selection of pretty much anything I need and or may want. Plus there isn’t a bunch of creepy dirty old men hanging out like there is with most adult novilty /​smoke spots. Will definitely make a second and third trip!

I have found myself at this shop a good 4 or 5 times and each time has been a good experience. The manager, Angel, is super helpful and chill. He’s always recommending new things and each time I’ve lived then, especially the game wraps. They’ve gained a loyal customer.

Dont advertise being OPEN TILL 2 AM, when you close early with 3 people inside. I just drove 6 hours from San Jose and needed smoking supplies at 1:40. Made it here super fast 1:46, and the lights are all on and they are inside. But they’re «CLOSED»
No way to run a business,
and way to be a nice person to someone who doesnt know their way around and jammed down the highway trying to make it before 2.
Here i am, still not 2, it’s 1:53…
CLOSED.

This place is way under rated! They have everything here. You’re one stop shop for all your smoking needs.
Cigs here are cheaper compared to a lot of other places. It’s the only place I know near by that sells extendos.
They have all types of vapes. All type of accessories. A definite place to check out.
… AND their open late?! Ohh shiiii son

Angel was awesome here. The best customer service in vape sales! He delivered with a smile and went above and beyond! This is the place to go for cool clothing, artwork and smoke shop things! ;)

This store is huge. Crazy selcetion everything from clothes vapes and glassware. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. He answered all mt question. Definetly a spot to hit up cause you will find something

Look here first. They’ll take care of you. Great prices and nice employees. You won’t be disappointed. And don’t forget to haggle with the price

First time in, Turkey Day no less and they’re open. Angel was great, he answered all my questions and rung me up. I suggest you bring cash as there is a small fee for the debit charge. Will definitely be back.

This place is great for all your smoking needs and more. They got cool shirts, bags, & other accessories. I got a nice hookah there and the tobacco selection is good. Plus the staff seems cool.

Horrible customer service here.
I went in yesterday to purchase a box of Coco Naras for my hookah, and the coals were crumbling to pieces and didn’t stay lit. I didn’t want to make any accusations, so I contacted Coco Naras directly and sent them pictures to validate the authenticity of coals. They indeed stated it was a fake.
I went back to the store, asked for a refund where I was handed a cell phone to speak to the owner of the store. I explained my situation in a civil manner and he then began to speak to me with hostility when I mentioned his product may be a fake. After some time, he told me to take my money and that he never wanted to see my face again.
Needless to say, he won’t ever see my face again. Not because that’s what he wanted, but because their customer service skills are horrendous.
I hope that nobody else comes here.
