I needed a pair of black, non-slip tennis shoes for work as a waitress. I’m not a huge fan of Payless because of its shoe quality, but for work… I don’t want to spend too much.
I found ones that I needed ($ 30!?), but they ran out of my size. Though, the cashier was really nice and helpful to call the other stores to help me find the shoe and put it on hold. Great service!

Well I ended up buying two pairs of cute shoes for dirt cheap! The guy that works in there who wore a dress shirt was awesome with the service! Called the other location and got them to hold the shoes for me, and I got a $ 4 off coupon! The only downfall is: don’t try and go back for a price adjustment the next day with a coupon email like I got, because they won’t do it. The other guy said it have to be a return and purchase and have to ask his manager. Could’ve saved an additional 30% !! But not worth the going back and forth for me.
