OC Lice Removal

Stay away from Lehua!!! She completely scammed us for our money.
When she came to our house that night she was very nice and respectful. She checked through all our heads (myself and 5 of my kids). She confirmed we all had lice and started to comb through our heads and proceeded with some all natural leave in hair solution.
She told us her treatment will kill 100% of the lice and take out 90% nits. The reason she can’t take out the remaining 10% of the nits that night is because they are so microscopic that it needs time to grow and it’s impossible to take out. That’s why she will return 3 days later and comb it out.
Immediately the next morning I decided to comb out my kids hair to see how much nits remained. I was horrified to find 7 live lice and over 50 nits on my daughter, my 3 other children had a ton of nits still remaining. I took a video of my finding (live lice and nits) and texted her my concern and she immediately became super rude and defensive saying I need to wait for the second treatment, which will cost me another 340 bucks ($ 85 a person). She said the lice I found will not be contagious to others. Really??? I am not that dumb.
I just paid her $ 530 bucks to come to my house for 2 hours. She guaranteed 100% lice removal for the first treatment not after the second treatment. She also has it stated on her website that it’s 100% guarantee, now she is going back on her words telling me nothing is ever a guarantee. She also rudely said she can’t predict when the lice will hatch. Well, even if the lice did hatch that night (which was not possible) the nits should have been big enough for her to remove it the night before. She then said she will not return to treat lice second time at my house bc of my distrust towards her. Honestly, thank God bc I will not shell out another 85 bucks a person for her to step foot into my house and do a half ass head check. I talked my family who lives in TX that has gone through this and they told me their lady checked their kids hair 3 times strand by strand, took over 1 hour for each child. Well, Lehua spent no more than 20 min on each of our heads. It’s no wonder I found 7 live lice and 50 nits still remaining on my daughters head immediately next morning.
I hate writing negative reviews because I believe we all make mistakes and should be gracious to one another, but Lehua has gone over board in every aspect from professionalism to complete lack of knowledge in her job.

Where do I begin… Lehua was respectful at first. They say they give a 14 day guarantee but unfortunately mine was not honored for treatment my daughter needed. First time out was 10÷9÷15 then Lehua came out 10÷13÷15 for a second treatment that I paid for. (Total$ 230) and my guarantee was stated on my receipt for two weeks from the 13^th which would be up today 10÷27÷15. I did a head check again myself because I found nits on 10÷20÷15 which I did call Lehua to come check and she did say it was a Nit, but she was at my house for only like 5mins to check my daughter and said she checked and found no nits. VERY SURPRISING!!! So here I am AGAIN on my Exact week head check and I found at least 15 nits. So I texted her to come out because I still have my guarantee, she said she had to charge me all over again because she came last week and supposedly found No Nits, but I did! That was the reason she came out in the first place. So I feel like it was a scam to just to try to make more money. I wanted to like her and I did trust her. but unfortunately she didn’t do a good job or I should say thorough job! Then she said it was my daughter’s fault for re exposure. Nevertheless we followed ALL prevention; hair up, weekly head checks, and fairytales repel spray!!! So the fact is she did A TERRIBLE JOB AND WAS TRYING TO PLACE BLAME ON MY DAUGHTER! She ended up being very Rude over text message because I can’t afford to shell out another $ 230 in one month for treatment that should be guaranteed. We went to Once in a Licetime (which is GREAT AND FAIR PRICED) I was informed that we were Not dealing with a re exposure but, A «NOT COMPLETE CLEANING OR PROPER HEAD CHECK!» I am So upset and feel completely taken advantage of and even more, Tremendously RIPPED OFF! I will NOT recommend OC Lice Removal to anyone. Nor will I forget the Rude and aggressive text messages because of someone’s guilty conscious playing a role. Thats probably why so Many signatures are required because the service is crappy, And they don’t want to Refund anyone. She did nothing and got $ 230! So please if you are thinking about using them DON’T! Try Once in a Licetime. Also biggest shocker was HEAD checks are supposed to be done on WET HAIR! Everything Lehua does is dry checks and dry comb out. I was informed there is NO WAY TO COMB OUT EVERYTHING ON DRY HAIR! So I know she knew there was more Nits but just wanted to see if they could get over on us and take advantage. Shame on them, you can’t take advantage of peoples trust and get away with it. No integrity.

Great service !!! And super affordable ! Same price for either super thin hair or super thick coarse hair or short & long hair ! Lehua is awesome & super nice she makes you feel so comfortable ! This was my first time having lice not knowing what to do I’m so thankful I decided to go to OC Lice removal and have Lehua come to my home so convenient thank you so much !! No doubt that I will recommend her to anybody with this situation !
