O.C. Special Events Security Inc

After making an appointment with one of the people who does live scans at OC Security, I went out of my way to be here within the hours he told me the store was open. I showed up and the office was closed. With total disregard for my appointment and no courtesy call they decided to just leave for the day. Poor customer service today. Maybe better on other days. He was helpful by phone but that doesn’t matter so much if they aren’t there to perform the service…

Hired OCSES to provide venue/​party security for my wife’s 40^th birthday party when the venue required us to hire two security guards. The security officers arrived at the venue on time and were dressed in dark suits. The suits were a nice touch as most guests didn’t realize they were security. Once the party ended the guards helped us breakdown the tables and chairs when they did not have too. I tried to tip the guards and they refused to take a tip. Both guards were professional and did their jobs as required.
Another thing I liked was that their pricing was much more reasonable than the larger security outfits I contacted. The owner can be a little difficult to get a hold of but I would highly recommend that you be persistent cause their price and service will not disappoint you. I most likely will never need to use their services again but I would recommend Orange County Special Event Security to friends and family needing security services.
