O C Moulding

We got some custom stair noses done here for a recent flooring remodel. While I thought the price was outrageous we heard this place had good craftsmanship so we went with. Suffice to say I am no longer taking recommendations from that person, as this place is a train wreck. ²⁄₃ of the stair noses we ordered were cracked at the connecting joint and when we alerted the owner of the problem he blamed us. After getting him to agree to look at them my wife (who is 6 months pregnant) and I went down there and guess what? The owner wasn’t there like he said, and the building was locked. We called and left him a message and didn’t hear back for 5 days.
We finally heard back from him and he again told us to bring the stair noses by. We swing by mid day AGAIN, and guess what? No one is there!!! Are you kidding me? Then he calls my wife and tells her she needs to leave the product their and he will evaluate it when he has time and then get back to us. Then after that he proceeds to yell at her (again, 6 months pregnant and he knows it) about how according to California law he doesn’t have to fix or take back anything and that we probably broke them and are trying to scam him. Dude, you are a terrible wood worker, business person and human being. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
