Best seafood truck in town, its located on hesperian st between 1^st and Bristol across the street from El Toro Market their number is 310₇₃₅_​2269 and the name is LOS PRIMOS MARISCOS.

Technically, «Los Primos» is a lunch truck that you’ll find happily nestled on the corner of First St and Hesperian St in Santa Ana. Right in front of the El Toro Market.
If you’re in the mood for delicious seafood, specifically ceviche (say-​vee-​chay), you need to come by here. Unlike the glamor and glitz that surrounds the «gourmet food» trucks, this little mom and pop mobile restaurant is low key and absolutely delicious!!! I had some reservations about eating seafood from a lunch truck but the food is fresh and if you talk to the young couple running it, you find out that everything is prepared in the morning. Except of course for the seafood that needs to cook overnight. But all the yummy veggies that go into the ceviche are cut up on a daily basis.
For $ 9 you get your ceviche (not sure what the size the container is), tostadas or saltines, limes and some really spicy red salsa. It easily feeds two people. I’m doing dying to go back and try the different variations of ceviche they have as well as shrimp cocktail. Yum!
