Some weeks ago Mr. Nicol contacts me through the Unilocal email system. He states that he would like to resolve the situation with a full refund. To me that is a «No Brain-er», of course I expect a full refund. Some one else had to do the job. I responded through a certified letter to Mr.Nicol. To the date not one cent has been returned. Be advised if you hand over hundreds of dollars to him and you suddenly decide that you prefer some on else. The chances are very high that you are going to have a miserable time getting it back. Be leery of the so called smooth talking«Good Deal». Good Deal means garbage deal to get your money and move on to the next client.
