This KFC was lame… first of all they got my order wrong, the food was sick it looked like leftovers from the day before … yuck! ! ! what a waste!

Not sure if this is true with other locations but this one gives you as much sauce as you want. I used to get charged for getting extra sauce at other locations. The manager is super nice and gave me a free drink while I waited for my order.

We come here after a hike with the family. The cashier helped out my niece first. I was looking at the menu since its been years I dont eat KFC. I ordered number 7. Asked what it came with. The cashier raised her voice at me when I asked what it came with. I’m sorry hunny but I dont eat fast food as much so I dont know what ur freakin restaurant carries. Other than fried chicken mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. But I will say your customer service needs to take it up a notch and be helpful towards customers. And to top it off they gave us our order incomplete. had to waite for the other half. And girls. Stop giving girls that order an attitude and then treat the man with so much kindness. We are all humans here we gotta be treated equally.

The food was not bad, we were pretty quick in getting our orders compared to usual but wat we realize while almost done eating at home was that our meal order was not complete. Our meal included biscuits n they were not with the rest of the food we ordered.

I like kfc but this one doesn’t have the best customer service. I ordered in the drive thru. First of all the speaker didn’t seem to work. When the employee would talk it would get cut off. Then I placed my order and she asked if that was all and before I could answer she told me what the total would be. I told her I wasn’t done and I kept ordering my food. She seemed to be in a hurry. I pulled up to the window and she didn’t greet me at all she just told me how much I needed to pay. I payed her and just handed me my receipt again without saying anything. Then I waited for a really long time for my food. When I finally received it I quickly scanned it to see if I was missing anything but it looked like it was complete so I left. When I got home the food that was for my brother was missing one thing. It was part of the meal but it was missing. He didn’t want me to return for it so I didn’t. I didn’t want to deal with the rude drive thru lady anyways lol

I like KFC but I wouldn’t even give this KFC1 star. I wanted to grab a quick dinner before heading home after finishing grocery shopping bad idea picking this location I should’ve went to my usual place in Tustin. I bought a family meal the chicken looked dry didn’t taste the same we didn’t even eat the chicken bites sooooo dry out very bad. Later that night woke up wanting throw it up my little brother stomach was upset too my dad didn’t feel good my big brother didn’t even like it do he stopped eating right away that was good & my daughter didn’t even eat that stuff good thing. The next day I still felt bad I can’t even eat or think KFC for a while now. This location is horrible plus service is bad to many girls with attitude I will never go back here again.

Very old looking buildings. The pictures are fading, but then again what do you expect? Food is decent. I got the original chicken thigh and leg for about $ 7. I realize it’s not worth it and I would rather go to Chipotle or some where else where it would be more filling.

Low budget KFC. But you are what you eat and in this case if you eat here you are a piece of low budget Kentucky Fried Chicken or Kentucy Grilled Chicken, or regular chicken. I love KFC. So i’ve come to terms on the fact that its just another fast food joint.

This store is under new management. The male manager is always onsite and very friendly and willing to share specials with the customers. The place is well kept and constantly cleaned and mopped. There is also a televisionwhich is mostly tuned into sports.

Agree with other posters. I went here recently and they have not changed their tune. They don’t accept coupons and the staff is not even polite about it. If you are a franchise you should follow the promotions offered because you are certainly benefiting from the marketing. This one store gives a bad name to the whole chain.

ZERO stars!!! Well I’d take away stars if I could. If it couldn’t get any worse! This place sure did! I came here again because I wanted that free cooler you get when you order an 8 piece family meal. So we ask the cashier, what do we have to get to get the free cooler. She said, «you have to order an 8 piece family meal.» Since we had to feed 5 people, we decided to get the 10 piece family meal. When we got our food, they didn’t give us the cooler, because she said the cooler wasn’t included in that family meal. That’s just unacceptable! Of course we asked about the cooler because we wanted it. And they didn’t even let us know beforehand that our 10 piece meal didn’t include the cooler! I’m so pissed off! And they had to nerve to slam the drive-thru window on us when we wanted to complain. How rude! THISPLACENEEDSTOBESHUTDOWN!
