Fresh Ink Screenprinting

I have never been more happy to find these guys! I was in need of some awesome shirts for a funeral that required some digital printing and hands on designing, within a 2 day time frame and fresh ink delivered 100% their designer is on point and gave me exactly what I wanted and added in his own expertise and blew my mind! I will definitely be going back and I’m gonna tell everyone I know! Thanks guys!!!

Great service! Both girls were very knowledgable and happy answer all my printing questions, explained to me the difference between DTG and Screen print and helped me thru the entire process. The turn around time was faster than most places I called, and the quality was awesome!!! I would highly recommend Fresh Ink to anyone that needs printing, especially in my industry.

I generally don’t write reviews but felt the need to write one for this company.
Terrible customer service and response time. I needed to print some shirts very quickly and took 3 emails to even get a response that answered none of my questions and just gave me a pricing sheet. I called to confirm that they received my email which they said they did only to still have no one respond for 3.5 hours. I called multiple times to have no one respond and even left voice mail which again no one responded. I finally sent out a 3^rd email to see what was the update and they finally just sent me a pricing sheet.
I was planning to test them out in spite of the bad reviews but it seems like most of the reviews were right so I didn’t want to risk having the shirts come out bad so I did not go through with it. Like everyone says there are a lot of printers out there, the best way to separate yourself is customer service and this by far isn’t even «okay» service

Overpriced and the tshirt quality was not good at all. I had direct to garment tshirt done. The ink quality was low and the ink was not as bright as what they show in their photo’s. Did not want to waste time and money by going back to tell them. The people were pretty nice but who knows, the tshirts should speak for themselves.

They don’t even have a store and the location on the Unilocal account takes you to a business complex that they aren’t even at. The lady said they just pick up their mail there and everything is online. I went there because the lady said the graphic designer would be there at 9:30am. This is ridiculous. Do not use them.

Super unresponsive and unprofessional! Forget them TONS of other professional printers out there!
