Absolutely terrible customer service! Unsure whether they weren’t paying attention or what but my CHICKEN salad DIDN’T HAVECHICKEN. Why would I drive to go exchange salads when I paid $ 7 to have it brought to me in the first place! Makes me angry that they would even suggest I do such a this. Taking my business else where! NOTRECOMMENDED.

I am a little shocked this place doesn’t have better reviews… I had the Chicken Torta(I personally opt out when it come to mayo) it was so good. I would definitely recommend trying it! I want to say it was the best Chicken Torta I’ve had honestly

I didn’t even get to try this place. I honestly just wanted some juice and I get that it was close to closing time but there was still like 10 minutes till 9. I would have just bought anything available because I was just thirsty. But they started closing early with no visible signs saying that it was actually closed. Except some guy telling me. Which sucked so I was kind of upset they were kind of rude. Good thing California grill was still open so I could get a drink. I won’t ever go back to This place.

I used to love this place it provide all these healthy fresh vegan/vegetarian food options until they decided to change their menu. I went to the place one day and asked for a hummus wrap that THEYUSEDTOSERVE all the time and the cashier looked at me as if I was crazy. And I asked her did you guys changed the menu? And she said yes. I was so disappointed everytime I go there there’s a new menu and it’s horrible I used to love that place but I’m so disappointed.

Been here a couple of times and I always seem to have a long wait for my order. What’s also happened those couple of times is all of the employees in the back are either on their phones or dancing around to loud music as if they’re in a club! The blonde hair girl seems to be the leader of their«party». Other than that, I think the food is really tasteful. But as long as their customer service continues this way, they may be loosing many customers.

For a store that serves smoothies and sandwiches, it takes them approximately 15minutes to give us our orders of 2 smoothies and 1 tuna melt. Too long a time to wait for that, isn’t it? Then come the receipt, they charged us the full price of panini when we only ordered half. When we went back, they told us the panini included another item which was a medium-sized smoothie and that they were just making it. So if we didn’t go back, we would have lost the other drink? Food and drinks are absolutely good but the experience can have some improvement.

Customer Service: Took 12 minutes for my Panini to be made, a few orders prior to me but no big orders after. As I was waiting, I had to ask if my smoothie was the one sitting behind the counter for over 8 minutes. Taste: Portobello Panini was tastey. Ptaya smoothie — by the time I got my smoothie, it was watered down and wasn’t very flavorful. While waiting the over 12 minutes, not one worker approached me to apologize for the wait. I am big on customer service: if a product takes longer to make, acknowledge the customer and give them an update, when a worker makes eye contact with a customer always ask«Have you been helped?» even though you know they have.

So I ordered my food before reading Unilocal and I got a little scared, but once u tried my food I was so glad I didn’t Unilocal first. I got the tuna melt panini sandwich and it’s honestly amazing. I love it and if definitely get it again. Their lemonade is a little on the strong side but I’d still drink it. Maybe I wouldn’t order it again. Their costumer service lacks in the cashiers, but as long as I get my food I don’t care. I’m satisfied and I’d come again.

Finally! Another healthy option besides subway in this freakin food court! I for one live a vegetarian lifestyle and its so great to have a place like this nearby. They’re known for their smoothies but there’s so much more here. Management is really trying to appeal to the latino culture around here as they recently started selling tortas and aguas frescas, which normally is not considered healthy except for the fact that they also sell vegetarian tortas which is awesome! They even have a delicious salmon panini, which is my favorite and posted a pic of. Oh and that person who wrote the horrible review about snot being somewhere it shouldn’t be – I have seen no such thing whenever I come here it actually is always very clean and you can see how often the staff wash their hands and use gloves, so maybe they got rid of that gross employee. As for the prices, fret not, it’s totally worth it for freshly made meals!

Flavors in the Mediterranean wrap are decent, my problem is the way it is made. It’s rushed there’s always more chicken on the bottom more veggies at the top or vise versa. I do make a couple substitutions as well. But really do wish the chicken was fresh, it taste processed. The tortilla soup doesn’t have a trace of Tortilla, more like a chicken veggie soup. It was alright. What has saved them are the smoothies. I’ve had a few of the green smoothies(my apologies, do not recall names) and they were pretty delicious. I believe this place has a lot of potential, but the staff always seems confused and or flustered. I have been here several time and as much as I want to give them 5 stars, I simply can’t. I’m rooting for you guys though.

One for the worst costumer service I have ever gotten I asked the 15 year old cashier for a smoothie he touched the register and asked me what size then turned around got his cell phone and went on break? I don’t know the guy standing near him asked me if I was already helped and I said no so he took my order again lol screw this place everyone is on their phones

I love it. It’s has calories listed on menu. The Tuna Melt is my favorite. The acai bowl is sooo good. We love to ride our bikes to the mall & then stop to eat here. Everyone’s friendly whenever we’ve come.

Omg! This place is amazingly good! What a great find… in a food court no less! It’s like a restaurant in a fast food kind of way. I got the BYO Protein Bowl and it was fresh and so good. I’m so thankful for a place… at the mall… that serves gluten free, dairy free food I can eat that is super delicious. Maybe the people leaving negative reviews don’t like healthy fresh food. And, the girl who helped me, Valeria, was sweet and helpful. Can’t wait to eat here again.

I was craving some boba, but the boba place was out of boba… sad day. So my husband and I decided to come over here for a «healthy» smoothie. The menu looked awesome and if we were hungry we would have tried one of their bowls… they sounded so delicious. But after seeing how the keep this place and tasting the smoothie… we wont be coming back to try the bowl. Once we paid, they told us to go around the side for pick up, as we did we saw what a mess it was in the back and how dirty it was… it was end of day and they were closing in 30 min, but it was filthy. Not to mention the«healthy frozen yogurt» they use, looked discussing and is not healthy if you ask me… it was blue bunny… and place calling it self and healthy café should not have this on their premise if you ask me. As we were waiting for our smoothies, we were walking them clean up and they were doing a sub-par job… i know its not fun cleaning that stuff and its easy to get behind with a rush… i use to make smoothies… i get it, but with how many employees they had… i don’t get how it was such a dirty mess. We got our smoothies and were on our way. Overall the smoothies were okay, we both had pineapple juice in our smoothies and the pineapple juice was starting to go bad, if it werent for that i think they would have tasted a lot better.

Just ate here. I ordered the beet vegetarian sandwich and it was OK. Also they prepared it horrible, they gave me my sandwich like a 5 year old prepared it! It was a mess and everything was broken and falling out! I ended up eating my sandwich with a fork… I didn’t know it was that difficult to make a veggie sandwich? I’m a health freak and I enjoy eating delicious healthy foods. I hate the food in the food court because it’s so unhealthy and greasy! So when this place opened I was so excited because there juices and smoothies are delicious but the food today was a disappointment. Update; I’m beyond disgusted. One of the male employees with the black shirt and nose ring is sneezing and using his hands and fingers as a tissue. I can see his SNOT all over his hands! Like they were strings of SNOT all over his nose and fingers. The gross part is that he didn’t think it was necessary to use a tissue so he he used his hands and fingers. Then I saw him just quickly rinse his hands with water for 2 seconds without using soap and started helping with the food without gloves. I’m grossed out, I’m giving my food away I lost my appetite. I should have asked for a manager but I didn’t not want to be there anymore. Omg I guess giving this place another shot was a mistake

This place is a rip of the veggies I got was old and yellow the serving is really small and its very expensive! My wife got the half panini and it was 3×3 inches in diameter with couple strands of turkey way to overpriced they need to rethink this idea or else they will have to shut down!

Located in the food court next to Mrs. Fields. It replaced the Orange Julius. Today we tried 2 of their juices. I had the green lemonade & hubs tried the cold buster. $ 5.79 for a medium & $ 6.79 for a large. For almost $ 14 in drinks, made us want to go hit up whole foods market to get our own oranges, spinach, cucumber, and ginger and bust out our juicer to make these drinks at home! Will not return for the juices… But may try the food next time. Good concept, juices were decent but expensive. But a place like this in a mall food court in Santa, I hope they can survive. They’d probably get a better clientele in a health conscious place like Irvine Spectrum.
