Not happy. We went through the drive through., ordered 2 shrimp avocado tacos and I got 2 chicken tacos. I tried calling several times and there was only a recording each time

I’m giving this restaurant a bump up to three stars for the makeover they did with the outside façade. The interior was remodeled as well and has a more modern look. They upgrade to EVM machine card readers and now use a food ready buzzer to let you know your food is ready. I got the two piece leg and thigh with corn and mash. Food was great but I wish I got a bigger drumstick. It looked like it came off a Cornish game hen. The experience was better than I thought. The employees were nice especially this one girl that saw a handicapped guy that came in with a walker. She asked if he wanted her to fill his drink for him or salsa. She was also cleaning around the place. Maybe after some additional improvements they will be worthy of a four star rating.

El Pollo Loco’s in general are not very good. But this location is especially bad. The quality of the chicken is not good. It is very dry and they will serve day old chicken by throwing it on the grill again. I challenge anyone to find a serving of El Pollo Chicken that remotely looks like the chicken they present in their commercial. Also, I have noticed that the quality of chicken and service dramatically decreases in poorer neighborhoods. Some of my friends have actually said that the chicken is different quality depending on the neighborhood the store is located in. Maybe quality, but also maybe just bad cooking. in any event not good.

I wish this wasn’t the closest el pollo loco to my house. Customer service at the drive thru was really rude. This place just keeps getting worse every time I go. I wanted the 2 piece plate. Granted I said combo. But I told her I didn’t want a drink. She was like«well if you don’t want a drink you shouldn’t of said combo.» In a really rude way. Whatever I made a mistake. But that’s no way to talk to your customers. As Much as I like el pollo loco(not the customer service at this one. Just their food.) if they keep this up they’re going to get shut down.

I often visit this location when is located in front of my job, the drive thru is always lonely, no cars what so ever. I also love the fact that they have coupons for there new dishes can’t beat that five dollar deal on some shrimp platters.

Came here today for lunch today. Great customer service & such nice workers. I had a complicated order cause I’m picky w/my food but what do you know, they got my order completely correct just the way I like ! The only downfall about it was that the condiment station was a mess, there were a bunch of missing items & there were out of lids. But other than that, I’d consider coming back !

Stay away from this location. The people are so rude!!! I really want to know the hours from this location. I was at the drive thru @ 10pm nobody answer me. The website shows that they close @1030pm weird!!! One girl was throwing the trash out i ask her what time they close she said that they close @10pm and 1030pm they close the drive thru. So ask her why is the drive thru close??? she just gave this dumb look and walk away… hope this place gets there stuff together… But for now i wont be going back to this location.

I eat at El Pollo Loco resturants alot, but let me tell you this, this place was not only the dirtiest El Pollo Loco location, but the dirtiest resturant that i have ever visited in my entire life with extremely low customer service. There was food everywhere on the ground and tables. There were no napkins on the tables, and the restroom was so dirty that i came out immediately after entering it. They put my food inside a plastic bag, while i told them twice that i want it for here. Then the put my food on a tray without any plates or napkins. I had to keep going back and forth to bring a plate and napkins. I love the green salsa at El Pollo Locos, but their green sauce was like green water and it tasted awful. I don’t know if this location even has a manager but if it does, he/she should be fired as soon as possible.

I like the El Pollo food chain BUT not this one. the staff is mostly young adults who have poor customer service and no sense of urgency so when I’m the only one in the drive thru it takes about 3 mins just for someone to come to the window and take my payment then another 10 for my food. which is usually no more than 2 meals. sad representation of a good food chain.

Went for a late dinner. The sign says open until 1030 and we walk in. The cashier looks at us then looks at the clock like 3 times obviously trying to make a point we were interrupting her cleaning. We order and as we are about to pay was told the dining room was closed. She didnt have to tell me twice. Luckily the mexican restaurant across the street was open…

The cashier was nice… the food was ok. I got the enchilada stuffed quesadilla, not too shabby, a bit messy and poorly put together. Damn thing fell apart the second I picked it up. Other than that, the unsweetened mango tea was really good!

And then a man name Marco came to take my order since, the horse face looking fuck up teeth broad didn’t understand English! Marco didn’t make situation better but worst so I just did what a reasonable person will do and left inside of arguing with morons.

I came in 30 minutes before closing time(or so I thought) and the salsa bar was empty!!! I stood in front of the register for about 3 minutes before the manager finally noticed me, pretty upset because he wasn’t exactly rude but wasn’t welcoming either and in a business your customers should be your #1 priority, not for this guy, he was too busy cleaning before I ordered my food, a bit disappointed but will give it 2 stars only because I was eating my food at the time of typing this, management here sucks though

First off. They basically don’t ever check your order before they give you. there’s a saying misery loves company, especially when you and your co worker order and neither have our side order. fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on you, fool me 3 times. why did i go back But no seriously this el pollo is a joke, corporate needs to get on them.
