I left South Coast Plaza and my gas light came on. I tried going to the Chevron off Bristol and MacArthur, but I wasn’t able to cut over fast enough, and ended up at this location. Its located on the corner of a strip mall, in the same shopping center as a Dollar Tree and a mexican restaurant. The gas price was about 5 to 7 cents cheaper per gallon than the other Chevron, so I’m happy I accidentally went a block or so farther. Plus they accept Vons Club where you can use your telephone number to get your discount. Its a well lit location, although it still gave me the creeps at night. Plenty of squeegees and sudsy water.

8÷8÷14 Gas is fair($ 4.85) for the area. But I have a VONS Rewards card and it is suppose to be up to 20 cents cheaper per gallon if you enter your Vons rewards member, well i had just used the card at Vons and it worked perfectly BUT at the pump, guess what? Wait for it… BUMMER! not working. Went inside to try to pay thru the cashier and the lady was kind and even tried to put the number for me but again, didnt work. Was gonna fill up the tank but since that i decided to put $ 20. That was a bit fustrating they claim to have big savings to attract the customers but at the end it doesnt work!

If it were possible to give lower than 1 star, I would give this Chevron that rating. It’s without a doubt the worse Chevron that I have ever been too. Last time they were having problems with their pumps, they were unapologetic and said that someone was coming out the following day to check it. My question was, why didn’t they mark it out of service? To this day, I still think that they overcharged me for the amount that was supposedly pumped into my tank. I decided that I should be more forgiving and decided to visit this location again. Bad idea. Not only did ALL the pumps say pay the attendant inside, there was no actual attendant and the door was locked. I will not be visiting this location again.

Cheapest place for gas in my Area. They got a cash and credit option. Honestly my 5% on my card beats that cash price, so I just use my card. Keep in mind they do a Precharge of $ 169 dollars, unlike shell which only does it for a $ 1. Just go inside and prepay for how much you need, that’s what I do.

Gas station I frequent on the way to and from the 55÷73÷405. Cheapest one by my house and open extremely late, which is always a plus. I don’t appreciate stations that don’t offer free air and water, making me waste more time by having to go into the mini mart and request them to turn it on(this is one of those stations)
