The shoes are very cute and I love when they have sales! There was a girl who helped me out and she is super darn cute and is covered in tattoos and has cute hair. She was super nice and extremely helpful. I forgot her name because this a couple months ago when I came in. I really want to buy more shoes from her !

I can’t believe I actually have to give this place a star to wright a review. I came here on Saturday evening around 5, I needed a pair of heels for my sisters birthday party I was in a rush and had bags in my hands ready, so when I decided to purchase a pair of heels I asked to not take the box. So I wouldn’t have to carry any extra weight. A girl with short black hair said of course no problem, she was very sweet even complimenting me on my make up. I ended up not wearing the heels because they didn’t fit like I wanted so I decided I will take them back. So here I am Tuesday afternoon driving back to the mall to return my shoes not worn with receipt in hand and in the bag I was given. But to my surprise I’m told I can not return them because I don’t have the box they came with, but I don’t understand no one informed me of this when I asked not to receive the box. If I would have known that I would have just taken it. So I asked to speak to a manager and the girl says she is the manager and there is nothing she can do because she needs that box to sell the shoes again. Like they have no boxes in the back?!? She wasn’t helpful what so ever, this cheap shoe store is lucky I’m not a regular customer. I will never shop here again. I actually left the shoes there on the counter without getting a refund because frankly I’m never going to wear them again they were very uncomfortable and don’t fit right. Very cheaply made. Don’t go here it’s a rip off!!!

Jennifer made my experience much better than I expected. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes online and wanted to exchange them for a larger size. They didn’t have any of them in store but Jennifer was very pleasant and quickly ordered pairs of my size to be shipped to my house. The store was neat and clean despite being smallish and busy. Will return.

Do not buy shoes here. When they fall apart, which they will, probably the first time you wear them, they will not give you a refund. Your only option is to exchange (that’s right, not even store credit) for another pair of shoddy shoes. This store in particular has a staff that pretends to be «doing you favors» by offering an exchange and doesn’t provide info when asked for the corporate customer service.

Came to this place about a year ago and still horrified with my experience. I had stopped in to this place out of impulse and saw some studded flats on sale to I got them and as I was ringing out the cashier mentioned that the gel inserts were on special, I was in a hurry to get back to work, so I agreed to get them paid and left. Upon returning back to work I noticed the inserts were a bit pricey and went back to return them– the manager was nothing short of rude and unprofessional. I explained to her that I didn’t realize how much they were and had literally just walked out and to which she rolled her eyes and said that socks and under wear were final sale. I felt stupid and completely ripped off. I wouldn’t have minded if the quality was worth the money but the shoes AND bag I got that day broke within the next month. Horrible customer service and worse quality. Never stepped foot in here after.
