This place is absolutely awesome! Every time I walk into the space I feel excited, motivated, inspired and welcome. The combination of the really well designed space and the wonderful people give it the perfect balance between work and play. The desks are quality, chairs comfortable & temperature perfect!
The surrounding area of Downtown Santa Ana is really cool and ‘on the rise’ with fab food and coffee spots popping up all over — all within walking distance!
So if you need a space to get stuff done, get inspired, meet awesome people and sip great coffee… look no further!
I know I would be here literally everyday if I could!

Batch is like a productivity mecca for me. Whenever I have a lot of computer oriented stuff to get done I head over to Batch.
I am a sporadic attendee myself. Batch is not exclusive to the self employed/​work from home crowd. I’m actually a hairdresser but I use it work on the demands of emails, invoices, watch educational videos or blog. I find that the atmosphere lends itself to my staying focused and productive so much better than staying home. At home I am constantly distracted with other things like chores or tv. But at Batch I buckle down and get it done.
The space feels open, airy and clean. The girl that overlooks the space is Sarah and she may be one of the most approachable helpful people that i’ve ever met. She will instantly make you feel welcomed and comfortable, so don’t feel shy walking in :) There are usually several other people in the space working on their own thing which lends itself to a nice communal feeling and other minds to bounce ideas off of if need be. Now when I walk into the space I just find an open seat and get down to my business. I can even help myself to the water or coffee provided in the space. And coming from a coffee snob– I’ll tell you right now– it’s GOOD coffee. There’s even a mini fridge so you can bring your lunch or snacks along. But if you want to go out for lunch you’re in downtown Santa Ana so you’re only a short walk away from good food and drinks!

This place is a miracle!
I used to think that working from home was the greatest gift, however, I soon learned that the amount of distractions at home far outweighed the amount of work I was getting done.
Batch solved that problem for me– and then some! I still have the freedom to come and go as I please, but now have 3 distinctly unique perks:
1) I am surrounded by other people eager to get work done.
2) I am not concerned about cleaning my kitchen or doing laundry.
3) I work in an up-​and-​coming neighborhood, filled with great art and some of the greatest food on the planet!

As a freelance graphic designer, I often work from home. But a couple times a week I need to get away from the distractions and easy ways to procrastinate at my house. Batch has been a great place for me to stay focused, be creative and get work done. And even though I’m quite the introvert, I’ve enjoyed meeting a few other creative people and bouncing ideas off of them, etc.
Batch is located in downtown Santa Ana. A pretty cool location, plenty of parking across the street. Good food within walking distance. It’s also a great home base for partaking in the local events like the art walk.
I would definitely recommend batch for any independent creative professional that needs an office outside of their house from time to time.

Somedays, I just want to run my social media agency from my couch. But, when I do that, I end up paying more attention to Parenthood on Netflix than to the work I actually need to get done.
My solution? Batch.
First of all, the location in DTSA is awesome. A handful of great restaurants nearby, a farmers’ market every Thursday, and there will be more incredible spots opening soon. Second, co-​working is awesome. Whether I need to bounce ideas around or need to share the latest Jimmy Fallon lip-​sync video, there’s always someone around. And third, Monday afternoon mimosas & a shared Spotify playlist are awesome too.
Sarah, who runs the space, has been phenomenal to work with. She loves what she does, and she loves helping us create space so we enjoy what we do too.

When looking to expand beyond my home office with a team I didn’t want to sign a long contract however still work in a creative environment separate from home.
Batch was perfect! It has great wifi, easy access, creative people, and always good drinks. Also having a professional printer and copy machine at disposal was great.
Santa Ana is changing into a place where creatives of all kinds meet to produce beautiful and high quality work. Batch is proving to be a meeting place for the change that is happening.
