Had to give at least one star. really this place is disgusting does not deserve 1 star
What kind of store padlocks their ice cream cakes and will not let a customer choose the cake they want? Is it because they sold me a cake that was made in October? We were celebrating my daughters birthday at Disneyland January 29^th 2016 this was the closest place? I asked her about the freshness and she tore the label off. the ice cream had ice crystals in it and the cake was freezer burnt and the overall cake was nasty… Please stay away form this place will driver farther next time… the Owner Frank was so rude!

No surprises here, the service is really great and the store is perfect. I’ve been here three or four times and it’s been a consistent experience. I always go on the 31^st of the months that have them for their special cone price day. This is in 2015, I hope they do it next year too

The staff was friendly and was happy to give us taste test of the different ice creams we wanted to try. My grandson loved the Red Velvet ice cream flavor. The store was also very clean.

Stopped in to get my daughter a shake and things did NOT go well. NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! Really? The Ice cream was MELTING!!! It was 90 degrees that day and they did not have the air on. They had old dirty trays over the ice cream cases to protect the product. Should have left but ordered a shake. Folks hardly spoke English and finally managed a shake order. The shake was half melted due to the heat. They just laughed and giggled when I mentioned it might be better if they turned on their air to protect the ice cream! Was the air not working? I have no idea. Won’t be back. Crazy…

I called ahead and asked one of the employees if they could set aside a particular ice cream cake (I purchased a Groupon for a 4X6 ice cream cake) for my father’s 82^nd birthday, who is stressed beyond belief caring for my mom who has advanced Alzheimer’s. My daughter was generous enough to pick it up for me. The cake was not set aside and the customer in front of her purchased the last one. They said they had one in the back but it was for the next day. Finally, they sold the cake to her. But worse than any of that, was the awfully condescending response «Fred franchise» wrote in response to my email to them. Baskin Robbins cakes are always delicious, and that Cookies N Cream cake certainly was. But as I can consciously decide who in this world gets my business, I will not give it to this establishment ever again. I hope you don’t either/

I came her for a cake for my cousins birthday party. Within 24 hrs they duplicated a cake of Frozen The Disney Movie, and the smile on her face as she blew the candles was memorable for a lifetime. I am thankful to this stores staff, their flexibility, and they also offer catering for office parties, birthdays, etc. 5 stars, and a big thanks to the manager Gabby for making this happen.
