Gee, this guy was right on time (no 4 – 6 hour window when you have to wait around for him to come), quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and because it was only some loose wires, he didn’t want to charge us anything! However, we would not have known to look where he did, so we offered him something, anyway.
That’s good, honest, competent service!
