We are a small business and have used Advanced Office for a number of years. They offer both new and used printers/copiers/scanners and I have never once had to wait more than 24 hours for a tech to come out. I have had 2 different techs come on site and both were incredibly professional and I found them nice to work with. We do have a monthly service agreement which includes tech services as well as toner for our machine. I have recommended Advanced Office to another company I know and they have called on them a couple of times as well. I can’t speak for them if their experience, but I haven’t heard it was negative! Bottom line, I would recommend this company.

I’m an IT manager and this was the company that had been used prior to my employment for repairing printers when problems arose. However, dealing with this company – at every step of their business process – is like pulling teeth. It often took up to 3 weeks to actually get techs onsite. The techs invariably struggled to fix the problems whenever they came out. And yet we would still be billed astronomical labor and materials costs – sometimes mistakenly by their billing department. Lastly, they quoted us for repairs that exceeded the cost of a printer that they themselves had ‘repaired’ several times throughout the prior year. Through dealing with this company, it’s obvious that they are both exceedingly disorganized and poorly managed. One of their receptionists told me that they didn’t fix our model printer; which they had fixed countless times and which was evident based on all of our invoicing. Avoid these guys like the plague.
