Ada Flowers

This is only a review for their phone service. I’ve never been inside any of their stores. I called to see if I could get birthday flowers delivered to a friend in Santa Ana. The woman who answered the phone was in a huge hurry to hang up on me! The gist of the conversation was along the lines of:
me: «How much would it be to deliver a dozen lillies within Santa Ana?»
lady: «Oh, $XX amount. Thank you…»
me: (oblivious to attempt #1 to hang up on me) «Is that with delivery fee included?»
lady: «Yes. Okay?»
me: (catching on to attempt #2) «Great, can I get…»
lady: «We are out of lillies, sorry, thank you…»
me: (very aware of attempt #3) «Oh can I substitute another flower?»
lady: «Actually we cannot deliver today anymore, our van already left. Thank you, bye bye.» *hangs up*
Why not just tell me that to begin with? Her attitude wasn’t rude but it wasn’t a great customer experience so somewhere between 2 – 3 stars.
