The owner Marcos Marin seems like a very nice man that seems legit, until he has ¾ of your money for the job and just doesn’t show up to the site day after day. I posted a picture below of the condition he has left our yard. He estimated a completion date of 3 weeks starting August 5^th, it is now the end of Sept. And as you can see he has not done the job. In 8 days he has had 1 guy on our job for a total of 2 hours.
After I posted the tip Marcos sent 1 guy to work on our yard for 2 days and asked the man to bring a friend to work for a few days. Well the guys worked and Marcos never paid them. Marcos disconnected his phone and no one can reach him. Marcos has left our yard in shambles. He has taken nearly $ 9,000.00 from us! He is a thief! We do not have a fence and our 3 dogs can not be in the back yard. We are left with no concrete, grass, irrigation, fence, gates or lighting. Our yard was better off before he came! He has taken money from neighbors as well and abandoned there job after starting ours. Do not work with this man or his Father!
