A Dan The Handyman

I contacted him because I just bought an old house and have lots of projects that need work. We talked on the phone, he took my name, phone # and address, and then I emailed him the list as agreed. He said he would read the list and let me know which projects he is interested in. A week went by and no response. So I emailed him again to ask if he’d had a chance to review it, and got an email back saying «I’ll pass this project.» I totally understand if someone isn’t interested, but it would have been more professional to let me know in a prompt manner.

Dan is great! The handyman we had used in the past was difficult to communicate with, didn’t return calls and left jobs unfinished for weeks at a time so we decided we’d have enough and found Dan. He did a great job fixing our window. Plus, he came EXACTLY when he said he would and called to follow up with us just as he promised. None of the hassle we were used to with our last guy. We were very pleased. We’ll definitely contact him again for future issues.

Dan is a great person. He came at short notice around 5 pm to replace bathroom Fawcett. He did a great job and he is very honest and trustworthy. I’ll call on him again.

He came out when I needed a repair at my rental. He is behind on the times and doesn’t take credit cards and doesn’t understand how online bill pay works. When it took five days to receive he was EXTREMELY rude. (and I explained to him that is what I use to pay bills when he didn’t take a credit card before he did the work) I offer to do quickpay but he doesn’t even have an email. I personally would not recommend him nor will I ever use him again for how RUDE he is. There’s so many other people out there that will appreciate your work that needs to completed and would want repeat business. Also he doesn’t understand english well. I asked him to do a few things and was only able to complete one and then gave me an attitude when I asked about the others and said I never told him when I clearly did twice before he went to my place. He is also OVERPRICED! Do yourself a favor and use someone else!

I’ve so far I’ve had Dan do lighting, screen repair, fix a toilet and will be pulling out and installing a new deck for me, as well as fixing my closet and duct work in my kitchen. He is very courteous and personable, does clean work and is very knowledgeable. I’m very happy to have found someone who I count on after being through quite a few different companies with work that was wasn’t near the quality that should be expected for a service. If you want a handy man Dan is your guy!

Dan has provided excellent service, and I have used him many time for jobs around my house when I lived in Orange county. He provides full repair services, and not job is too small. Since I moved to San Diego, I used his services to remodeled my kitchen. He always provided great prices, and keep the deadlines. I know that the job gets done right, so I will use him in the future again. I highly recommend hid services.

Dan was amazing! He showed up on time, very professional and knowledgable. He took my outdated fluorescent lighted kitchen (uggghhhhh) and installed can lighting, crown moulding, dimmer switch, etc. completely transformed my kitchen. He is now becoming my go-​to guy for my household renovations. He does it all, electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc etc etc. He’s licensed & bonded, etc. can’t recommend him highly enough!
