I never though I’d go out of my way to review a liquor store let alone a 7-eleven but this place by far is the worst place to ever go to get anything conveniently first the customer service is non existent second they listen to the weirdest music third it almost feels like they always talking about you in their language I’m not sure what race they are and I sure as hell ain’t racist but this place is just plan uncomfortable! I don’t recommend going there at all unless u really have to.

I have a blast everytime I go in. Some people complain about the service, but those people need to consider where they are. If they want 5 star service go to south county. This is 7 – 11 and they got what I need, plus an occasional lotto ticket. I dig it.

One of the dirtier 7-Elevens in Santa Ana. Nice and friendly staff though.

It’s convenient but the service ruins it all for me. I went in one night and wanted ice cream(which is in the corner of the store) the employee of the store was mopping that corner. I went around to another isle because I didn’t wanna be rude. I was getting the ice cream & he’s staring at me. And i say«what’s the problem?» He says«can’t you see I’m mopping? Why would you go there?» I say«I want ICECREAM! What am I supposed to fly here on my magic carpet?»(a joke not to be racist because he was middle eastern) He would mumble things under his breath. And every time I went in after that night, he would toss my items on the counter when he was scanning them. I think it’s a family run location. Another worker there has hair growing out of his ears!!! If someone is gonna be serving hotdogs & they have an Afro outta their ear they should have a hairnet there. I don’t go there anymore. Just go to the Mobil down the street. Same exact things there plus gas!

Ok, this is how bad the service over at this 7-Eleven was… I actually had to take time and add them as a business because they weren’t located on Unilocal. I’m a mentor for the city of Santa Ana and I was taking out my mentee as well as his younger brother out for free Slurpee(I got coupons for a Free Medium Slurpee at the Pasadena Chalk Art Festival) because it was his younger brother’s birthday and I didn’t know. So we get there; I have a big thing on them being independent, so I gave them each a coupon and told them to get the Slurpee and complete the transaction at the cash register themselves independently. Well, the younger brother got a little too much Coca-Cola Slurpee because he didn’t know too much about Coke spewing upward for about a minute when you pour it in, so of course, it overflowed quite a bit. So much so that the whole outside of the cup got sticky. I didn’t want his hands getting sticky so I covered it with another Slurpee cup thinking that’s okay. Apparently, the coca-cola Slurpee was still going, so in the end, I had to get another cup. Important thing is that he learned a lesson on how to properly get Slurpee. So he(he’s eleven years old by the way) went to the cash register and the following conversation began: Cashier: What the heck!!! Why are you getting two extra cups for, huh?! [This is the cashier talking to an eleven year old boy, so I had to step in]. Me: Well, I didn’t want his hands getting sticky so I put another cup over it. Cashier: No! No! You CANNOT have more than one cup! Take them off now! Me: Are you serious? Cashier: Yes, take it off now! Ok, so I take off the cups. And since they were tainted by the mentee and me touching them as well as coke being all over them, I head over to the trashcan to throw the extras away and then this happened! Cashier: What are you doing!!! Give them here! We don’t throw them away. We reuse them. Ewwwwwwww!!! They reuse their cups!!! What else do they reuse or put back?!? This reminds me of the Simpsons episode when Apu from the Kwik-E Mart drops a hot dog and it rolls on the ground and he puts it back. Do they do that?! Are all 7-Elevens secretly like that? Anyways, I got the cashier’s name and will be writing to corporate. Not only because of how he treated an eleven year old boy, but of what he said on how they don’t throw the cups away, they reuse them. Very unsanitary and nasty. Avoid this 7-Eleven!
