Several people in our neighborhood use them, we have for several years. I don’t rent from them (bought my tank) and we only use it for our fireplace but going on my experience and reading several comments on our community Facebook page, there’s nothing but good experience with them. This is propane, they come and fill it in your tank… not complicated but they do a fine job and fair prices from my research.

Worst company and service I have ever had the unfortunate luck to deal. Really dreadful. Insanely expensive just to start service then they have the audacity to constantly bill you with extra unexpected charges, even when I never used any propane! The one time I tried to use it, stupid thing didn’t even work! I’m sure any other company would be vastly better. I am suffering because I didn’t do my research. I spoke to the owner to calmly and politely express my concerns and the jerk hung up on me and didn’t answer when I called back! What kind of unprofessional scallywag is this?
