If you’re looking to upgrade your cell phone and get a new I-PHONE this is the place to do it! I was greeted by not one but three sales associates, including the store manager Jeremy. I told them I was looking to upgrade my phone and my wife’s phone to new I-PHONEs. RadioShack had them in stock in the color we wanted and quickly began the paperwork and the activation process. While I waited for the phones to get activated I asked about cases and another sales associate escorted me over to the cases and screen protectors. They had the color cases we wanted and brand in stock, I also bought two screen protectors. I was told that if I bought the screen protectors they would kindly install them for free for both of the phones! :) The phones were activated and the staff helped me get my phone registered and setup with the Apple I-Cloud system. What a treat that the staff worked hand in hand for both phones and I felt like a VIP all the way through the phone upgrading process. This is a wonderful place with great deals and excellent customer service that I recommend to all my friends and family.

This is what I shared with 500 + Facebook friends today: «Radio Shack lost a sale to Amazon today. I was the ONLY customer in the store and even directly asked the manager for help. He said he’d be with me „in a little bit“. Ten minutes later I gave up on him, tired of waiting. I walked out the front door and ordered the $ 12 item from Amazon via iPhone while standing in front of Radio Shack.» I would rather pay shipping costs than suffer such very poor customer service. I can’t imagine that this company will last much longer.
