I took some sofa cushion covers here to be cleaned. When I picked them up they had failed to clean the covers and still charged me almost $ 6 per cushion for a result that looked worse than what I brought in.
I talked to Roy, the manager and said he should have let me know that he couldn’t clean them. He said he had to try. Maybe so, but why should I have to pay for that?
I soaked the cushions in some water and Oxy-​Clean when I got home and got them cleaner.
Don’t go here unless you want to pay for poor results and poor customer service.
