A year later, still horrible service. They list Saturday hours on their website, but when I called with a question about my account, they said that they can’t help me until Monday at 8am. What is the point of saying you have Saturday hours AND that the payment desk is open if the person that answers the phone won’t even look up your account? I’m not asking for someone to come fill a tank on a Sat, just look to see what type of fill service I’m signed up for. Since I’m nearly out, I’m guessing I’m still not on the route for filling. Its been nearly two years since we signed up for fill service and we have yet to get it. We have to hound them, repeatedly calling, and even just show up in the office before we get the tank filled. Which of course means they charge us the higher«on demand» price. which is exactly what we were trying to avoid. Ridiculous. If I weren’t in a rental with one of their tanks installed, I would have dumped this company a long time ago. The owners of this company should try doing an undercover boss situation sometime to see just how terrible their employees are.
