Quick Fresh food in Sanford is a gem. Fresh Choice offers soups, salads, and sandwiches/​wraps. All homemade. The portabella wrap is terrific and loaded with fresh veggies. All sandwiches come with a side — which today were potatoe salad, pasta salad, broccoli salad, fruit, or soup. Your choices for soups vary everyday — but are unique to most restaurants, today was a creamy vege chicken soup which was great!
The establishment is definitely run by local ladies and they seem to have a good clientele of regular lunch timers.
Price was reasonable ($ 9 including tax, for chicken and portabella veggie wrap, soup, and a tea). Fresh Choice is a great choice for a quick lunch without the grease and preservatives of food chains! Definitely will return here!

My wife and I always enjoy good sandwiches, salads and soups; and Fresh Choice has quickly become our number one option in Sanford for such a meal. They have a good base menu and offer daily specials. The daily specials are their more creative options. They also have above average cookies. Best way to describe it is comfortably gourmet.

One of the best places in Sanford to get a fresh sandwich or special entrée of the day. Excellent service and very inviting. Highly recommend going for a fresh meal.

Not great, but definitely a decent choice for lunch during the work week. Salads are fresh and the Portobello sandwich is good, albeit a bit pricy.

There are very few decent places to eat in Sanford and I think this place is one of them. Firstly I commend them for having a website that has their hours, menu, and even their daily specials. I cannot understand why any restaurant would not have their hours and menu online but most in Sanford do not.
I think the food here is just ok, but for Sanford, it gets 4 stars. If you are looking for something vegetarian and/​or somewhat healthy then this is one of the few places you can go. They have several vegetarian items on their menu. I got a veggie burger. I think it was probably a frozen veggie patty but they loaded it with a lot of fresh veggie toppings and honey mustard and it was on a good bun. I got a side of pasta salad with it and it was fine but a pretty small portion. My mom got the cranberry salad which was basically a chunk of jello.
I wish they were open on the weekends.

Very average boring food. I was hoping for some healthy yummy food, but was served a sandwich I could have just made at home. I ordered some turkey sandwich with a chipotle mayo and it was extremely average and I couldn’t even taste the chipotle mayo. I also got a squash soup and the flavor was good even though it was really watery. My husband got a wrap and he said it was boring. I’d rather not eat healthy and get a chili dog from Scoops.

I’ve been here countless times over the past 5 years, the food is always very fresh. However, it is very over priced. I would giveit 5 stars for awesome food, but three stars for price.
The menu has a good variety and selection of salads, breads, sandwiches, wraps, et.
The staff is also friendly!
