Shocked at good this place is compared to the main stream donut shops. Fast, friendly, and delicious is the way I would describe their business. I picked my own and then they filled it for me right on the spot, how cool is that! This is a must try spot!

Stopped in this morning to check out Donuts To Go after reading about them in a local magazine. Though the shop is pretty plain, as soon as you walk in, you are hit with the delicious smell of donuts! They did not have a particularly wide variety and I certainly didn’t see some of the ones others have mentioned on here(like the square glazed ones or donut holes), but I was there around 8am so perhaps you need to get there closer to when they open at 6am for a wider variety? And the girl who waited on me, while not mean or rude, was not very pleasant either. Anyway, I chose a peanut butter, plain(circular) glazed, and a snickers donut. The peanut butter was good and I’d get it again, but next time I’d spread the PB more evenly across the top because the big dollop in the middle was a bit much. The glazed was ok. One side seemed to have soaked up some of the grease from frying and so it felt kinda heavy. But I’m going to choose to believe it was just a less than stellar batch since the other donuts I had were great and I imagine they all had the same base. The snickers donut was definitely my favorite. So good! I’ll definitely try them again.

Donuts to go is awesome and there are many different styles to choose from. I stop in this location early in the morning, in the late morning and it is always busy. My household and I love these donuts and they are the best I’ve had in the Sanford area.

GETTHESQUAREDONUT! This was a great start to my morning, square donut(really wish I got two instead of one) and a Boston cream pie donut, breakfast sandwich(egg, cheese and sausage on a toasted croissant) and a drink. My brother got the same and both were under $ 20. Place was clean, little play area for kids, tables to eat in and funky art for sale on the wall or to keep you entertained. This was my 2nd time coming here and I am still happy. Services was pretty quick and decent. Would come more often if I lived close by. If you make it in… GETTHESQUAREDONUT!!!

This place is the bomb, especially if you like fancy donuts. The german chocolate is my fav, but they’re all very good. The dough is cake-like and the toppings are very rich and flavorful. If you’re ever in Sanford when this place is open you owe it to yourself to pick a few up.

Located in Sanford off of 46, West of the historic downtown district. Donuts to Go has a case stocked with lots of tasty classic and crazy + awesome flavors. Glazed donuts are pillowy and melt in your mouth, cake donuts are moist with a light crumb. Apple fritters are filled with spiced apples and the appropriate amount of sugar glaze. Red Velvet cake donuts are wonderful with the cream cheese frosting, but you can also enjoy plain or glazed. If you see a sample out, try them. I did and will now be checking out the Orange cake donuts on my next visit. Service is prompt and friendly, even during peak hours. If you are picking up donuts for the office, home consumption or a special treat with friends– these beauties will make an impression and turn heads. Worth every calorie, carb and possible sugar rush moment!

Donuts are really taking off. They’re the next frozen yogurt or cupcakes. Except way more sustainable of a business model. Because EVERYONELOVESDONUTS. Its a universal truth. And if you don’t, let me take you here, Market on South, or Donut King and I will change your life. While a bit dramatic, I think I am right. Donuts To Go is a small donut shop in Sanford with a bit of a cafeteria feeling, but not necessarily in a bad way and is like Donut King if you’ve ever been there. Speaking of atmosphere, I do not love their seating set up and area as it seems a bit unorganized and sporadic. Though I did not stay and eat my donuts, I couldn’t help but realize the décor just lacked a bit of consistency and care it seemed. But let’s get down to the goods: the scrumptious donuts. I picked out one of their square glazed donuts and german chocolate donut. They were both yummy. The glazed was a tad crunchy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside and was not overly sweet. That’s a struggle I find that sometimes especially donuts, the proper balance of sweet is rarely achieved. They figured it out with the glazed. The german chocolate was enjoyed the following day, but yet still kept in tact its deliciousness. Imagine a moist, sweet, coconut-y slice of german chocolate cake and that was how it tasted in donut form. Uh, yeah, pretty great. My singular critique was that the german chocolate filling was a but sweet for my taste buds. While the donut game is getting better in Orlando, it’s still lacking. Make a trip to Donuts To Go. You will not be disappointed.

Ok expect a diabetic shock when you walk in. These donuts are off the chain delicious. Little pricey but well worth it. Coffee decanters seem to run out at the coffee station but their so busy they can’t keep up with them. The People there are really nice, patrons are ok! they have a guy that folds boxes in the sitting area he’s a cool guy spoke with him a few times while I’m munching great company and conversation. TV’s always on and if your lucky you can find the remote. Be sure and ask for the snickers donut and NO I’m not associated with Mars Inc but the Almond joy donut rocks too! Oh stay away from the news paper it’s sticky. Lol

Best glazed donuts I have yet to encounter. They’re crispy yet soft in the inside. I promise you Krispy Kreme has nothing on them.

Some of the best donuts I’ve ever had. MUSTTRY — Maple bacon donut — OUTOFTHISWORLD. The staff is friendly and service is fast. Donuts dont cost but a few cents more than your fast food type chains like Dunkin. They tend to sell out of their top sellers, so come early! Next time I go I am trying the dount burger!

I’ve driven past this place multiple times and finally convinced my fiancé to take us there for some yummy treats. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the smell of freshly baked goods. The donuts were SO good. However the service wasn’t… I’m not sure if the person helping us was having a bad day but she was such a buzzkill. She could see how excited I was but didn’t even so much as crack a smile or even tell me to have a nice day as I left. However, this place still deserves at least 4 stars for the quality of the donuts:)

I was in the area and stopped by for some donuts, I have to say I am less impressed now. I was going to pick up a dozen but I looked at the price it was like $ 10.50. If that isn’t bad enough, they had maybe eight choices, and four were not the style anyone in my family likes. They looked like donuts not many like. There were so little selection left they fit on a single tray. It was around 2PM, but the three times I went here the selection was poor, reguardless of time. So I picked up six instead which was like $ 7. I live near Donut King and you can get a dozen for like $ 7.69. You also have an insane amount of donuts to choose from at Donut King. Now that I have some thing to compare them to, I have to lower my rating.

WOW! SUGAR! Like a lot of sugar. If you’re on some sort of reduced sugar diet, you can skip the donuts but they also have proper breakfast sandwiches and such here too. BUTWHYHAVE A BURRITO? I HAD A DONUT. AND I’M STILLON A SUGARHIGH. ITWASAWESOME. SIMPLEGLAZEDDONUT. SQUARE. AND A HUGECOFFEEWITHCREAMANDSUGARINIT. NO I’M NOTSHOUTING! Lots of options for donuts here, other than the plain square glazed. Coconut. Snickers. Pretzel. Boston Crème. Cronut. Donut holes. Good service and plenty of parking. Easy to pop in here and then head further west to get onto the Interstate.
