Dockside Pools

Wow! What a great company and great owner. I found KEVIN and The Seminole Pool Supply team on Craigslist and didn’t realise that they now own the old Dockside Pools in Sanford on French Ave (they have those cups on the fence spelling their name).
I had a blown pool motor and called KEVIN to see if he could repair the motor. He offered to look at the motor for free after trying to diagnose the problem over the phone (something most companies won’t do). He offered to help and said to come in any time so I went in a couple hours later on a Friday afternoon just before closing. Kevin diagnosed the problem and offered three possible solutions for a new pump (ranging from $ 200 – 400 based on brand and features). I agreed to order a new pump as mine was not able to be repaired, however less than an hour later after I left he called me and was able to offer a used pump that met my needs for less than half of what I would have paid earlier.
Kevin offered an amazing warranty on the used motor, and even talked me through the process of installation by phone after I got home (on a Friday night!). I’m sure that’s not standard nevertheless it really made my day!
Please check out this business and its new owners if you have any trouble with your pool. They apparently sell hard to find parts, pool maintenance products/​chemicals, and offers home pool service and repairs.
This level of service and features is just what our community needs and I’ll be using Kevin and Seminole Pool Supply now that I know they are in business again.

We had some difficulty trouble shooting an electrical problem with our pump. He was able to come out same day and help get us pointed in the right direction. Great service! Would definitely recommend!

This company is nothing short of amazing! My brother in laws pool stopped working right before a large party was to take place. He called countless pool company’s who could not rectify the problem. Dockside came on an hours notice and had everything up and running just in time for the party. Excellent! Thank you Dockside!
