Buffalo Wild Wings

This is our second time here. The staff seems annoyed and our server has not checked in. The food was overly salty. I would order more drinks if I saw the server. Needs improvement.

Absolutely delightful. The wings are big meaty and tasty!
The staff is friendly and quick. The many tv screens means you never miss anything
Even takeout is easy and quick and usually ready in 30 minutes or less in my experience
You must try this place!

Our service was slow an inadquate. 3 wait staff walked by leaving drinks unfilled for 20 minutes. Also the food came out cold for my husband an luke warm for me. Non attentive an lack of caring of quality of the food an service. The waitress did come back an advised my husband she will take off the bill his meAl. A manager came over an pretended to care an walked away in the future their foods good ill do take out cause their customer service sucks

The experience was alright. Definitely much better than anything we had living in Zimbabwe but average I would say for a small town in Russia with about 100 people at least 1000 miles outside of any major city. It took about an hour to get the check after we were done eating and the waitress wasn’t very nice. They put cheese on my beautiful girlfriends taco. But the water was nice and clean. And they had a good amount of televisions which we also didn’t have in Zimbabwe.

A Great Experience gave a change of heart. The usual locations that we visit are not the best. Usually there forever and sometimes feel like we’ve been forgotten. Not here…
I ordered a Ranch chicken wrap and it was exactly what I was craving. My son ordered the cheeseburger which he at all of, which usually doesn’t happen. The service was good and our drinks were filled. While we were there, there was a competition going on for eating some hot wings in a certain amount of time. That was entertaining as we never experienced that. We were out of there within a acceptable amount of time and there was no wait. We sat in the high tops which was comfortable as I usually don’t like those.
I would recommend this location, and will be back for a visit.

I sat at the bar and had a well made martini and salad. Nice service by the bartender.

First time bad service and long wait for food… at 2 pm. Gave them a second chance today. Bad move. Waited 23 minutes for our lunch… place was almost empty. Temp inside freezing. Never followed up with our order after serving. Burger cold and fries worse. Don’t expect to see them around too long.

Went to this BWW last Saturday and wasn’t disappointed. We were immediately seated at 5:30 pm. It wasn’t very busy for a weekend.
Drinks ordered and brought out. Wings ordered and came out about 15 – 20 minutes later. The waitress was tentative and kind. She even brought back a menu when I wanted to order something to-​go for my boyfriend. That came out quick as well.
The wings are very average but it’s a wing chain. What do you expect? Love that they have a lot of difference sauces and rubs to choose from and explained well on the menu.

I won’t be back to this location. Our group asked if a game could be put on one of 4 tv’s on the patio. There were 3 tables seated, and 2 tv’s had the same game on. Management was rude, condescending and unprofessional in citing a policy that prevented them from changing channels on any of televisions. I can understand a standard operating procedure, but I can’t appreciate a total unwillingness to be flexible nor do I think it’s appropriate to be hostile and rude to a customer. I can buy fried chicken and beer from the publix down the road for a lot cheaper. And next time I will.

I love that they finally put a location over here! The service is always great and the food is always hot. They have so many craft beers at this location too! Overall, I have had several great experiences at this location!

I went with my family last night for dinner and the service food was outstanding. Definitely will be going back.

I love the food here but the service is vwrt slow. Also, I got here at 12 and they were out of the roasted mushrooms. Not a happy camper today. However, try the Angry Orchard Fiery Apple Wings. Delish!
Would my server please pick up my credit card that has been sitting on the table for 10 minutes now? Smh!

Great craft selection with tons of local beers. I prefer the Persimmon Hollow product because it’s from Deland and local. It’s funny people expect a New Restaurant to be perfect but in my experiences it has been great. People need to lighten up. It you want fast food go to McDonalds!

I have tried this location twice now, but both times were awful. We sat at the bar both times and even though there was more staff then people, we waited over 30 minutes for boneless chicken wings. Apparently they were done and no one bothered to pick them, because when they came out they were ice cold. The bartenders spent most of them eveing tlaking to each other as opposed to taking drink orders or cheeking on the food. Will not be visiting again.

I came to this location with three other friends around midnight last Friday night. It was NOT a good experience. Let me explain why. Even though there were more workers on the floor than customers (easily more than 10 employees standing around and not doing anything), we had to flag someone down after waiting for over 13 minutes just to take our drink orders. The bar tender could not get a Black and Blue right. After three attempts, we told her to forget it. I understand it was late, but the restaurant was not busy and it took over 45 minutes for our food to come out. Compared to other Buffalo Wild Wings, the food was mediocre and the server didn’t even get the wing seasonings right for our orders. I was very disappointed by this location’s customer service and food & beverage quality. It may look nice on the outside, but don’t be a fooled by the building’s appearance. Anywhere else will suit you better.
