Friendly staff but very inconsistent drinks. I order the same simple drink everyday but it varies in taste and they usually forget to put sweetener or cream when I asked for it. Not a deal breaker but definitely gets frustrating after a while. Venue is the reason they get a bonus star however. Like most Starbucks, great seating and fast, free Wi-​Fi. More pride/​consistency in making drinks and I would easily give it four or five stars.

It’s Starbucks. You get what you expect, but it’s good. Sometimes coming down off the mountain you want consistency and you get it here. They are friendly, helpful and serve up a good cup of joe, or in my case, Latte.
They work to get your order right and although mine has always been great, one time another customer wasn’t so happy. They quickly listened to his complaint and rectified it immediately.

This is nothing more than your typical small town Starbucks shoved into a strip mall. But, what saved this location from a three-​star rating was their customer service.
They were out of black tea, which caused a bit of a wait. I’m a typically patient guy, but this time I actually had to be somewhere. So, in the time I was able to eat my delicious greek yogurt with honey and granola, my drink was ready. But because of the delay, they made it right with a free drink for the next time. The owner should be proud of his employees and Starbucks should be proud of a well run franchise.
