I have got to tell you that if you haven’t been to this salon to visit Kellie and have her spoil you by doing your hair, then your life is not yet complete. She is so incredibly talented and so extremely nice as well. I have had a horrific experience trying to find a new stylist and she honestly blew me away, I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. She is extremely talented and you will leaving feeling like you just stepped out of a magazine, she’s extremely thoughtful and informative always telling you what her next step is and what products she is using. She doesn’t abandon you as a customer and just get in her zone like most stylist, her customer service is just as excellent as her magical talent. You need to get in here as soon as possible and allow her to make your life just a little more fabulous.

I had a haircut done and it was acceptable, but I wasn’t impressed enough that I would come back. The girl who cut my hair (unfortunately I can’t recall her name) was polite, kind, and friendly, and did an acceptable job, but didn’t seem very experienced either. The staff are all lovely people, I just have had better haircuts elsewhere for less cost.

One star is way too many! I finally found a therapist (Tiffany) that was great, but unfortunately she works for a company that doesn’t believe in customer service. I pay 30−50% tip every time and have spent a ton of money with this spa (not including tips) in just the last few months.
Due to brain cancer treatment issues, my doctors recommended to have weekly massage therapy. Twice in the last two weeks they have screwed up my reservation. I own 6 car dealerships and live and die by my calendar. I make the reservation when I’m checking out and put it immediately in my phone. Not one call from them asking if I was coming or if there was a problem. Nothing! Two times they tell me I’m wrong when NONE of my other appointments are wrong.
After they were totally rude, they had the audacity to tell me I owed a cancelation fee! I came to my appointment, I didn’t cancel! I asked to talk to the manager and after 3 days have yet to have a call back. HORRIBLE!!! I have 400+ employees and speak all over Utah about customer service. I will strongly encourage people to go elsewhere.

I have been here several times and they do not disappoint. Do not worry about the mall location. Once you walk through the salon area, it is very peaceful and relaxing. Staff could not have been nicer. I have had facials as well as massages here and love it every time.

Very tranquil and soothing, would never guess located inside the mall. Nice place to have a little pampering done, especially a massage. ASK FOR TAWNYA! She is super sweet and knows her stuff! This is an Aveda spa so it smells wonderful. The couples massage room I walked by looked really neat with the starry ceiling too! Thanks Tanya!

I have been in for 2 pedicures and have now tried a facial! I really enjoyed my time here. Both the facials and the pedicures are great. I love the little waiting room that has refreshments and calming music. I will definitely keep going here!

Massage was decent, it wasn’t the best nor the worst spa experience I have ever had.
I was a little bothered by the price: $ 80 for 60 mins, i would expect to pay that price for a spa that has more amenities such as hot tub & large relaxing seating/​waiting room. I just felt for the price there should be more. They did have ice water and a small try of Costco brownie bites — while a nice thought i was just underwhelmed. The mall noise was a little distracting as well, I should have known that would be an issue but thought at these prices they would have taken note and installed thicker insulation or something. Oh well, I have learned my lesson… I don’t think a «spa» at the mall is ever going to blow my socks off.
Save your money and go to a real spa, or go into this one knowing that it will be expensive and may not be the most relaxing day you’ve had.

Slow!!! They made me wait almost ½ hour for my appointment. Mall noise… including the train going by… REALLY annoying. Clashing music styles from traditional spa music in one room and them rap music in another. Definitely not what you would expect with a spa.

First time getting a massage at this spa. Overall I was complete blown away that they had the type of atmosphere they do in a mall location. Once you get past the salon, the place really feels peaceful, quiet and spa like. The massage I received was very good as well. Prices are a little pricey so check ahead to make sure this place is for you. I enjoyed the massage, steam room and personalization they try to include in your visit. Checkem out!

Went for the first time April 2012 for a cellulite/​detox treatment. Very nice, clean, and I enjoyed the treatment a great deal. My masseuse (?) was Daniela. I loved having her massage my feet and neck as part of the treatment. I did feel the atmosphere was a bit rushed, I usually go to Salon Dante Day Spa, where they let you loll around more. But it was very restful and I would go back.

Wonderful place. Very relaxing, clean, professional. I’m giving this 3 stars because instead of getting the 90 min Hot Stone Massage I had made an appointment for I got a 90 min regular massage. However, the therapist did confirm before the massage the it was Hot Stone. And she used the stones for a few minutes on each area after she was done massaging. It was very odd. When I checked out I asked the lady at the counter if that was normal for their Hot Stone Treatment. She confirmed that the stone should have been used the whole time. I only had to pay for a 90 regular massage but to be honest I was still very disappointing to pay $ 100 towards a massage I didn’t want. That’s not to say I wanted it to be free because it was a fantastic Swedish Massage. I just wish I would have gotten what I went in for.
I’d still highly recommend this Spa.

Nothing beats the relaxing atmosphere here. You are greeted with a friendly «hello» and then are led to the locker room where you’ll find a locker with your name, robe and sandals. After your in you robe you go to the «waiting» room where u can have an ice-​cold glass of water and relax while you wait for your massage therapist. The facials are amazing and they’re very knowledgeable about the products and skin types.
I have never had a bad experience at this location!
