This has become the worst McDonalds in Utah all in the matter of a few months. Service is awful. Food is cold. The new people are snarky!!!

Gone multiple times to get food after midnight, and NOBODY would take our order. I don’t suggest going after 11:30 pm. They’ve got one worker who can’t seem to do their job.

Every once in awhile I don’t mind doing for a mccafe. I gotta say I’m not a huge fan of the paper thin hamburger patties. So that has deterred me from grabbing a buffer from here anymore. The mcmiffin is always good with cheese. Friendly staff

What can I say, I LOVE egg mcmuffins and so does my son’s dog :) I have found, however, that all egg mcmuffins are not created equal. Some are cooked too long and pretty dry. This McDonald’s consistently has perfectly cooked mcmuffins. There are also a whole group of very nice people who work there.

Very clean, American Standard brand urinals. No key needed so I didn’t have to act like an actual customer when I made a dash for the bathroom. I wish the sinks had more automation so I could touch less but it was still swell. The doors entering the edifice also seemed to be well oiled. There was a woman mopping, struck me as a sign of cleanliness. Yes, a fine bathroom.

Pretty much every McDonald’s has the exact same food. This location is in a nice area. The playland area gets crowded around lunchtime, which is to be expected I suppose. I’ve had one bad encounter with rude drive-​thru staff… they got my order wrong, and when I came back to get it fixed, she treated me like I was trying to get away with something. That kind of sucked, but it was just once, and I’ve been here a bunch of times that were all fine.

Though the play area could be updated, it is always really clean. Seriously, I’ve been there and had a gal cleaning up after us as we went. (Perhaps they know us there and know we need the extra help!!!) The location is great (for us!) and the service is always good and quick. They move things pretty quickly through the drive-​thru as well. I can’t recall their messing up any orders, so that’s a bonus! Great for a ghetto #PDR when I’m desperate. ;)

Since all McDonald serves about the same type food, the only thing that sets them apart is the quality of services and ambience. After many visits, I believe this place has a group of poor management and cashier staff. The only good staff I encountered is a friendly cleaning lady that goes around and talks to everyone. Location convenience and children demands are probably the only reasons I would return again.
