I went to this store because the big store on Fort Union was too busy and I ended up waiting for am hour just to have people be helped before me. I found this store and there was virtually no wait and everyone there was super juice and helpful and worked together to get me set up! I will always come back to this store!

Wow. The girls there knew absolutely nothing of my phone and told me totally wrong information regarding my iphone 5. Would not look anything up for me and I will not be going back there. I say you find a different verizon retailer. Told me it was dying so fast because I charged it overnight.

Very flexible but the signup took forever.
I went to
after the Verizon corporate store in Draper was not able to match the Walmart iPhone 5 offer for $ 127. Here, after a swift call of the store manager to the corporate manager everything was good to go.
The problem (and reason why ⁴⁄₅) was mostly the clerk that signed up our new contract. She attempted 3 times to enter our data until she finally succeeded which took over 30min. Anyhow, the store manager himself was very knowledgable especially when it comes to iPhone and its workings with Verizon.
I will definitely come back to
for my upgrade but I will try to have the store manager process my contract.

The people working there are nice but there is usually only one person working so if there’s another customer, it’s a wait. sometimes a long one. Which is nothing new for a Verizon but still.
I bought my phone from them and they transferred over my pics and contacts. It took 2.5 hours. They kept saying I had 300 pictures and 500 contacts. I said no, I didn’t. Well. it downloaded everything 4 times. So not only should it have taken 45 minutes, I spent over 2 extra hours deleting duplicate pics and contacts.
I came back a week later to ask a question, the girl took my phone, touched a download contacts on it and I had to do it all again! Right after I told her what happened the first time. Just finished. 1.5 hours.
Sooooooo annoyed with them.
