Forever 21

I’ve been to a F21 before in Portland. I was so excited to visit this one because I loved the one in Portland so much. And this one was TERRIBLE! It looked as messy as a Ross store. Not sure anyone even worked there. Awful.

This is easily the worst Forever 21 I have EVER shopped at, which is saying a lot because I’ve been to at least 15 Forever 21’s. I work retail and know the importance of organization, merchandising, and keeping a generally clean store. This store always feels like what is left over at the end of Black Friday. Ridiculously unorganized, and dirty, with merchandise stacked all over the place (including the floor). I shop at Forever 21 because I like the prices and the style is on trend. But I will not be visiting this location anymore, and honestly, if they’re not going to remodel it or at least take some time to completely remerchandise the store and keep it clean, it should probably be closed permanently.
The customer service at this location is also awful. There were 5 people in the check out queue and one associate behind the counter with another slowly hanging clothes and chatting nonchalantly with the girl at the register the whole time. It ended up taking me 20 minutes to buy a hat even though the other associate could have easily hopped on the register to help or called another associate up to ring customers out. Everything about this location is terrible.

This store is the dirtiest, most unkempt store I’ve ever been in. There were hardly any workers, 1 fitting room, and trash/​clothes/​other misc. items scattered all over the floor. There was absolutely no organization, the layout was terrible and selection looked terribly picked over. I was highly disappointed.

Can’t stay 21 forever. Older I get, more expensive my taste becomes. I can no longer stand the poorly sew cheap materials. However you will definitely find some quick clubbing wears with no problem. Staffs are always friendly. Returning is pain in the butt because you will always have to wait for the manager to do it.

This is one of the few places I buy clothing at. Plus sized clothing that’s actually affordable? Sign me up!
I have heard people talk about the poor quality of clothing at F21, but I have not experienced that myself. (Wash on cold, hand wash, hang dry or dry on low if you’re worried.)
The staff… Well, they are all angsty teens or 20-​somethings that obviously hate their retail life (hah). I haven’t taken any «bad» or lack luster customer service experiences to heart.
Since the last time I used their dressing rooms, they have enforced a strict no plus ones rule. Kinda annoying if you’re needing a second opinion, but it’s probably a just a loss prevention precaution.

my GF loves this place. it’s like the mega version of Forever 21. if you can’t find it here, a LOT of people like the same piece (s) of clothing as you.
the location, however, is a renovated mervyn’s. not the most attractive surroundings.

i tolerate it because my GF likes it, but i hate shopping so, yeah, it’s ok…

This particular store is replaced the old Meryl department store at South Towne Center. The store is full of women clothes at low-​to-​average price. They have very limited selections for men. It’s probably not the best place to pick out a gift for special occasions since the inventory consists of mostly designer knock off styles. The price is relativity proportional to the product quality. Based on my last few purchases, I would not recommend here if you care about the fabric quality of your everyday wear.
