Great customer experience. I had been to the corporate store only to wait and have a pushy salesperson. The guys at Diamond were very helpful and made the process super easy!

Completely unimpressed with the customer service. We went in on December 28th and decided to upgrade my iPhone. We were told that the trade-​in value on my current iPhone was $ 200 and they would have the phone I wanted in two days. I received a VM on January 3rd saying that my phone was in. (I wasn’t upset about the extra time it took, because of the holiday…). When we got there, we started the whole process, and then they told me that they could only give me $ 93 for my trade and that the $ 200 expired in 2013…3 days ago. This was news to us! They failed to mention that when they ordered the new phone for me, and they refused to honor their previous commitment. Apparently they can afford to lose customers. Good customer service means honoring your commitments!
