I called for help with outside electrical outlets for a pump to prevent flooding in our home. No one answered their phone during business hours so I left a message for them to call me ASAP. It’s been two weeks. No response.

Thank you for the professionalism and follow-​through on my residential full remodel. You’re one of the very few area contractors that delivers upon their promise.

I have used plenty of repair services over the years, but none so professional and friendly as Dave at Butler. No matter how big or tiny the job, he took care of it without hesitation. We will DEFINITELY be using them again.

Dave and his team were professional, on time (actually a little early!), fast with their work, and did a great job with my electric needs at my house. They were reasonably priced and his bid was right on target! Did I say how FAST they were!

I hired Butler Electric for a pretty easy job a few weeks ago — I bought a house and the sprinkler panel in the garage hadn’t been wired with an outlet to plug into. Two gentlemen from Butler came out the next day, installed it in an hour, and did so with attention to detail and my easy of use. The rate was fair, and a bit less than what I expected to pay (I had no real idea what to expect). There were opportunities for the crew to up sell me on other work needing to be done in the surrounding area, but they graciously didn’t. I will use them again, no doubt.

We have used Butler Electric several times on the past 6 months. The work has been amazingly professional, prices are fair, and Dave is very friendly and helpful. We’ve had nothing but compliments on our pendants in our kitchen and TV mount wires being hidden for a seamless look. Trust Butler for big or small jobs.

OK. You would be an idiot to use any other electrician. I’m speaking from a residential perspective. If you need an industrial electrical, I don’t have the experience to recommend someone. I apologize.
I needed some work done. I needed some work done 10 months later. This guy (I’ll call him «Dave») came in and got the job done for half the price and half the hassle that any other electrician would have been.
He’s tall. I followed him a week or two later up into my attic to install a digital antennae. I don’t know how he wended his way through my attic without disturbing my blown-​in insulation like he did, but he did. It was all I could do to get up there, let alone fish a wire down a wall. This guy became one with my attic, insulation and walls of the second level of my home! This is a zen electrician. He’s like a ninja or some far-​eastern mystic!
He installs switches in walls, he mounts can lights. He routes conduit behind exterior walls, soffit and siding. I’m telling you, this guy does it all and it does it at a pittance of what the guys in the Yellow Pages does it for.
Who uses the Yellow Pages anymore, anyway?
If you’ve got blown breakers, messed up wiring with outlets or switches, need a 4′ fluorescent fixture installed in a poorly lit master bedroom closet — WHATEVER — you should call this guy!

I have used Butler Electric on several occasions to do small jobs around my home. Dave Butler is an excellent Utah electrician and has always been very helpful and very fairly priced.
He has done work for me such as: replacing old light fixtures, hanging ceiling fans, fixing wiring issues with switches, fixing wall sockets, and many more small home electrical needs. I will probably have him back soon to set me up so I can run my home off a generator when needed. His crew has always been nice and helpful as well and the work has always been fast. He also has told me on several occasions how to do a certain thing for less money as a way to save on the bill.
I have also referred Butler Electric to many of my family members and friends and have heard nothing but praise about the work he did for them.
