Great coffee, no sense of urgency. The employees are generally somber and this is the only place left on earth where you still have to sign a receipt when you buy a $ 2.40 coffee with a card. Bring exact change if you are in a hurry. Avoid if you don’t.

Good option to have for coffee and chai. The good thing about beans and brews is they have a pretty decent app that’s convenient for creating a account for you and loading your account with a card that you usually use to pay or of your choice into your account. Once your account has been setup with card of your choice loaded, then you can just open your app up with your account loaded whenever you pull up to a beans and brew and they will scan what is a bar code associated with your account with a bar code reader and your account is charged. But the thing to note here is that you are not charged immediately, but beginning of every month. So if you say for example drink coffee each day of the week for $ 6 or so that’s $ 42 a week and $ 168 or so every 4 weeks ie roughly a month and that’s what beans and brews will charge you at the beginning of the following month, so make sure you remember to include that in your expense planning while you plan your other monthly expenses.
Good coffee options with funny names like the revolver etc and thing I like is they seal their coffee etc i.e. Their hot beverages with a lid sealer cap that retains heat in your beverage better, a thing I think the likes of Starbucks can take note off.

Not the greatest experience today. I think there may be a stestmic problem at this location and hope the owners address it. I ordered my regular of two London Fogs and was also trying to buy a jar of tea. Not able to get the tea to ring in, spent about 5 mintues trying to figure that out. Then only one tea was getting made so made a mistake on my order, then when I got to my car, the tea was the wrong temperature, very lukewarm. I love B&B but won’t be going back to this location until these issues are addressed.

Kind staff, decent food and great price. We came in and had a coffee and breakfast sandwich, everything was fresh and flavorful. Keep up the good work!

I have been going to this specific location for a few weeks now and feel that I can truly provide an accurate review. I only chose 2 stars because of the customer service. I do love B&B coffee and their breakfast but each time I go, the service is sooooo slow. For example, I went there this morning and waited 35 minutes for a bagel and coffee; ridiculous! On top of that, my coffee was at room temperature and a smaller size than what I had paid for; pretty irritating.
Over all, i would recommend B&B but not to this location.

My morning is not good wirhout coffee & I rushed into B & B in West Valley on my way to work & I was impress with the service so I thought I can switch from Starbucks to B & B until I tried this location at 11 400 S Sandy close to where I live. SLOWEST SERVICE EVER. I backed my car & left the drive thru 2X because it takes them 20 minutes to serve each car & there’s only 2 cars ahead of me. Starbucks at 10 600 S Sandy can serve 10 cars in 10 mins w/​multiple order. The last time I tried the place againto give it a chance the barrista did not even put a sleeve on my hot coffee & when I asked for a sleeve she just handed it to me. SLOWEST & HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Love this place! Always fast and friendly! Used to like Starbucks but atmosphere is just so great at B&B.

Shittiest service ever. I work in the food industry & the employee working was very careless about my needs & I felt like I was being rushed to leave. I ordered a Pumpkin bread and it was supposed to be warm it was ICE COLD. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.

Awesome coffee. Just horrible horrible service. Whether your in drive thru or counter they take forever to get your order. Today I waited 35 minutes for a cup of black coffee. Prepare to wait a long time, the drive thru is worse but plan on 20 minutes no matter what you are ordering.

Came here this morning for a quick breakfast and coffee.
I had the spinach and artichoke pretzel, while my girlfriend had the everything bagel. Both were pretty good.
My coffee was decent, and my girlfriend’s chai latte was tasty but extremely over sweetened. She couldn’t finish the whole thing, maybe partially because their smallest size is 16 oz.
The only thing that really drove me nuts was that the employees were not calling out food and drinks loudly enough. Their voices were louder when they were talking to each other than when they were trying to get our attention.
Overall, this place is decent.

Service was great… Staff was extra friendly. This was a nice location with plenty of seating options. I love their signature drink: Mr. B’s. It’s dessert in a cup and can be ordered hot or blended.

The drinks are so good! I loved the coffee. But bagel was elastic and just not right and they took way long to get it to me. I will definitely be going back for their drinks! But I’ll pass on their pastries.

A nice change of pace from the Starbucks Megachain. The iced latte is too weak (needed 2 extra shots instead of 1) for my liking but the quality noticeable. The B Everything bagel breakfast sandwich was good… although alone not reason enough to return. I will be returning soon though to try more of their large selection of drinks… even if there is a Starbucks just across the street.

I really wanted to like this place and I’m a big believer in supporting local businesses, but this is more like a dessert drink place than a coffee house. I like my coffee pure, strong, and in the true Italian style. You won’t get that here. Instead you’ll get those overly-​flavored frou frou coffee «drinks» that don’t resemble coffee at all. That’s fine if you are into that, no problem. But it’s just not for me.
I ordered a medium cappuccino (which is HUGE by the way) and I’m not sure if even 20% of my drink was actual coffee. It tasted and looked like a giant cup of warm milk with just a teeny tiny drop of coffee added to it. It was mostly milk and no java. Maybe in SLC folks don’t like strong coffee. I should’ve ordered an espresso to see what I would’ve been served.
The menu is heavy with blended sweet drinks or coffee drinks with lots of cream, sugar or flavored syrups. This would be a great place for a «starter» coffee drinker or somebody who doesn’t really like the taste of coffee but really wants to be a «coffee drinker.» For those of us who truly love coffee, you might want to take a pass on this place.

And prepare to wait while they figure out how to make your coffee.
