I have been buying my morning coffees from Beans & Brews since the 90s, but have decided to start spending my money elsewhere. Things seem to have gone downhill over the last 6 months or so. Over that time, I have ordered the exact same coffee from multiple locations: 24 oz. Café Mocha with an extra shot. Half the time I get a different coffee entirely and don’t have the time to turn my car around for a refund or exchange. It’s not that big of a deal if they don’t get it exactly right, but at $ 6.25 is it too much to ask for them to be close? This morning I got what tastes like a hot chocolate with absolutely no coffee/espresso. I have been patient, but have been growing increasingly frustrated. The coffee I got today(was it really a coffee?) was the final straw. I will spend my money elsewhere.

A decent cup of coffee and blueberry muffin. Would like to go inside but wasn’t sure it was open. The drive thru worked just fine

Not too much to say here. Good location. Standard Beans and Brews. The atmosphere is comfortable with relaxing music and cozy chairs. The service has been friendly and welcoming. It’s not a «wow» experience but they do a nice job. My only complaint has to with the parking lot in the winter time. The entrance and parking lot aren’t plowed well in winter. The drive through is covered and is nicely protected.

We always have a great experience when we come here. I love the hot chocolate and the deserts that they have :)

Jenny is very patient as I fumbled with tiny print and the app. Music played is not my preference. The servers are a five for sure. Uncomfortable booths and loud music is a deal breaker most days. In nice weather, I buy a drink and work in the car with the sunroof open and use their Wi-Fi. That’s great thing — — nice drink, pleasant staff, creating my own environment outdoors.

I’ve been a fan of Beans & Brews since I discovered coffee in high school, and this location lived up to expectations. My cappuccino was delicious, and everyone liked their drinks overall. Apparently their chai latte was darker in color than most, but still tasted good. Service was friendly, and the interior seemed clean enough. I haven’t spent enough time there to comment on the internet or the ambiance, but for a quick cup to go, they do their job just fine.

Every time I come here they get my order right. The one thing i hate the most is a coffee place making the coffee incorrectly. Beans and Brews has almond milk which is a must for me. I always choose here over any other drive thru coffee place. I like coming to this location that is by my house to do computer work. Its usually quiet and there is always room.

First off if you don’t know what something is ask. I asked if their hot coca was gluten free. She replied it has milk. Oh then when I got to the window she picked her nose before she handed me my coffee. Gross.

Baristas and interior are fine for the most part. But the internet is atrocious — to the point were their internet radio has to stop and buffer every two or three songs. Adding to the musical hellscape is the fact that they are working off a playlist of literally six songs. Plus, you know, reddit or whatever loads slow. Beans and Brews: please teach your baristas how to steam milk. All three stores I’ve been to, the workers make it scream, sometimes for half a minute at a time. Other than being obnoxious sounding, it kills the foam. Its embarrassing for you.
