I lived here from March 2014-September 2015(18 months) and I must say I couldn’t be more satisfied with Windsor. From moving in, to moving out — Anna, Antonio, and Jennifer were nothing short of helpful, professional, and pleasant in every aspect of living. The grounds were always kept clean no matter how messy our neighbors sometimes were, trash was always taken out like clock work with valet trash, the club house was perfect, the pool is VERY nice, and the gym was a great size when I couldn’t make it to LA Fitness. One great thing is location — You are minutes from Buckhead, Perimeter, 3 malls, restaurants galore, and numerous hospitals. In the parking lot you have tanning, multiple restaurants, nails salon, and more. Being able to go and get a quick bit at Blue Moon Pizza was always the best! This is my second Windsor Property in Atlanta and outside of owning my house in Kennesaw, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I highly recommend!

The apt is in a great location, and I loved the restaurants below. However, management is incredibly rude and unhelpful and tried to stiff me with pet fees upon my move out. I was also accused of being loud and possibly having something running around in my apartment when I wasn’t home.(???) I never owned a pet and the apartment was in perfect condition. I would not recommend this complex based on the new mgmt. I paid a lot of money to live there, was a model resident, and was deeply offended by the way I was treated. Very corporate and cold.

My husband and I lived here for 1 year. I loved the place when we first moved in. My experience was that the restaurants below the apartments were really good, and I found it pretty close for my commute. There were definitely issues with neighbors(noise), but that’s to be expected with any apartment complex. I loved the gym, I basically lived in there. However, there were several times when equipment was unusable and it took longer than expected to fix. The pool is nice, but I never used it. It’s a little too small for a community pool. There seems to be a lot of effort around getting residents together for parties. There were several events that were put on with free appetizers and drinks, where you could socialize with your neighbors. So that is definitely nice, and good on the management. The apartment was really nice, and felt brand new. It was definitely fancier than other options on Glenridge. I would say the apartment itself was the nicest I’ve ever lived in. However… When my husband and I were due to move, he verbally informed the young girl at the front desk. She said ok.(This was more than 60 days before we were due to move.) Nothing weird about this, right? Except in the lease, there is strict verbiage to say that if you do not provide a written statement informing the office of your intended move more than 60 days out, you are responsible for the next 2 months of payment on the apartment. No way to negotiate, period. So even though we provided a verbal notice, we were made to pay the next 2 months. They actually extend your lease to make sure that’s not a loophole. I would not be bothered by this normally, because I understand I am responsible for the lease and what it contains… but it really, really bothered me that the girl at the front desk didn’t do us any favors and let us know. Do you remember everything in your lease 1 year after you signed it? Probably not. Again, I understand that I signed it, but they weren’t about to be civil and inform us that we should have put it on in an email. So that little mistake cost us a lot of money. Maybe it sounds like I had 1 bad experience, and now I’m not able to be fair in my review. Not true. But that one bad experience was something that changed my opinion on how residents are handled. Also, we lived in a unit facing 285. Because of the traffic and noise, I wore earplugs for the entire year I lived there. We also couldn’t really enjoy the balcony because of the noise. Overall: Apartment: 5 stars Amenities: 4 stars Location: 5 stars(not withstanding traffic, of course) Surrounding Community: 5 stars(crazy safe) Neighbors: 2 stars. So noisy, and nobody cleaned up their dog poop… lovely Management: 2 stars. They are friendly, they are just not advocates for their residents. So overall, I give it a 3. I enjoyed living there while I did, but there were major caveats. Oh last thought… there is an issue where the fire alarm will randomly turn on in the middle of the day or night. There is no way to turn it off, and the residents are virtually forced to leave the apartment during those times because of the intense noise. When it happened at 5 p.m., it never really bothered me. But when it happened in the middle of the night… well…let’s just say I don’t miss that.
