This place is fantastic! I love all the unusual options to put on your pizza that most places don’t have. They have so many types of vegetables its hard to decide! The staff is really nice and patient. The restaurant has plenty of seating and has some awesome décor. The duel entrances are nice too, if you park in the garage.

Once inside it as appealing and service was good. Pizza was fair but I got food poisoning afterwards which isn’t a good sign about their fresh ingredients

First time and was truly impressed. Living around town we check out a lot of the pizza places and most are overpriced grease balls. Crostata combines the quickness of fast food with the taste of a finely made pizza… the kind you’re used to waiting 30 minutes on. They have a plethora of tasty toppings and the sauce bar is out of this world. All of that and fresh brews at very reasonable prices!!! These guys are on to something and I hope they stick around. Go support them!

Awesome, fantastic, wonderful pizza. This is by far one of the best, if not best pizza bar concept that I’ve had in NW Atlanta. It’s like Chipotle meets pizza. The ingredients are good and fresh. They have a sauce bar that has I’m house made sauces like Herb Garlic Olive Oil, Chipotle, Spicy Ranch, Basil Pesto, and a few others. That has us sold and you can use it as a dipping sauce or topping. They have salads, their wings are ok, dessert strips and cookies(ask them to warm them up). Sweet tea is always good and on point. They have lots of seating and outlets for charging at the booths and tables Staff is friendly. My only complaint is that chicken is a premium topping and there are no non-pork non-premium options. Not a major item, but worth noting for those that don’t eat pork and want meat on their pizza.

I went here with a friend and liked the way we got to build our own pizzas. You get choices of dough, sauce, and toppings of course. The prices are reasonable and the pizza itself was pretty good. It also didn’t take too long to get our food which is always a plus. So I think I would go back here if the desire came.

Yes. Yes. Yes. We went to this place on a whim because we were in the area and saw it on my ScoutMob. We’ll be back again and again without the discount. The employees recognized it was our first time and took the time and explained everything. 7.99 for a 10 inch pizza, only a few items(premium meat/gluten free dough) cost a $ 1-$ 2 extra. Lots of items and choices. Very nice employees. They even offered to warm our cookie in the oven and bring it out after our meal. Make sure to try the dipping sauces too! The herbed oil is awesome! I wish we lived in their delivery area.(Manager said it was 5 miles)

Great pizza(better than Your Pie), dipping station is brilliant, fancy Coke machine, and I love the unlimited ingredients for $ 8 concept. I also dig the music they play!

Such a great concept. Personal size pizzas w no limit on what you can add to them. I’m a plain Jane when it comes to pizza but I thoroughly enjoyed my pizza. My boyfriend had the meatiest pizza and struggled to finish it but mustered up the power to finish every bite. I also had a salad. Was so fresh. Mixed to perfection. Just enough dressing. We will be back for sure!!!

I would consider myself a pizza connoisseur and this place is my top pick for the build-your-own concept. I’ve dined at a couple of the west coast places like this as well as the local Uncle Maddio’s and Your Pie, but this one takes the cake. The experience is always great, from the friendly staff who greet and say good-bye to the sauce bar and the pizza. The pizza feels light on the stomach and they don’t murder it with toppings like Uncle Maddio’s does(I want to be able to pick up my slices). The sauce bar should be in every restaurant. I know it’s probably a business expense they could do without, but please don’t get rid of it. It’s what makes you unique and stand out from the rest of the pizza spots. Keep doing what you are doing consistently and we will keep coming back!

Another excellent place in Atlanta to indulge in the«build your own pizza» concept. Similar to the«Your Pie» chain of pizza restaurants, Pizza Crosta is a restaurant where for a fixed price($ 7.99), you choose everything on your pizza from your crust(white or wheat or gluten free) to your toppings. Most of the toppings you would normally find on a pizza(i.e. pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes) are free. Some cooler, less common toppings are extra(i.e. shrimp, lamb) cost a little bit extra. Pizzas are 10″. If you don’t feel creative the day you go, you can choose from one of their«favorite pizza designs». You have traditional combinations, such as the«Meaty» or the«Veggie». Also among the options are the barbecue chicken pizza and a breakfast pizza that includes an egg, bacon, and roasted potatoes. You can use a favorite design as a starting point to add or remove toppings as well. The pizza was light and the hot tomato sauce that I chose was tasty. Toppings were fresh and the staff was very friendly. Pizzas are cooked quickly(within 10 minutes) and brought out to your table. After you pay, you can add more sauces on top — the options are chipotle, herb & garlic, basil pesto, rosemary parmesan, ranch, and bleu cheese. I also got an order of the hot buffalo wings. In my opinion they weren’t very hot, but the wings were juicy. The atmosphere is modern and the restaurant is decorated with abstract paintings on the wall. There are also TVs if you want to eat pizza and watch a football game. A small selection of beer and wine is available.

I first heard about this place a few months ago. I’m always up for checking out new pizza spots. This combined with some people outside raving about the place(and a glowing review from The Bert Show). So now, I was really curious. I went there for lunch, and it was love at first bite. First and foremost, I love the the set-up where they build the pizza right in front of you like a sandwich shop. It’s not the first place I’ve seen do this, but that’s not a bad thing either. They also get bonus points for having a fire oven. I have never seen a pizza be made from scratch and then ready in that short of time. They have a nice selection in toppings as well as some specialties. My favorite right now seems to be the Classico(a basic margarita pizza). If will agree with one review though where the crust could stand to be a little crispier, but that’s nitpicking at this point. All in all, I highly recommend it. It’s one of my favorite spots for lunch right now.

Was on a work trip in Atlanta and needed something delivered so I could get some work done. Pizza Crosta had great reviews, and it is Gluten Free! Hoorah! I built my own pizza, and I DEVOURED it. It was one of those«I know I shouldn’t eat the whole thing, butttttt…» moments. I also ordered a side salad, which I didn’t get to due to filling up on pizza… but I customized that, as well, and I will be eating it tomorrow. Would definitely order again!

Pizza Crosta is the newest restaurant in the Prado space, and I hope it’s more successful than the previous occupants. I’ve been twice for lunch now. Once, I just got the build your own salad. The second time, the whole family went and got 2 pizzas and a salad to share. I love the concept(as Kristin K explained the Subway of the pizza world) of build your own, with lots of fresh toppings to choose from. Pick your crust, pick your sauce, pick your toppings, all for $ 7.99(there are premium toppings for a little extra). Similarly, salads are small or regular, pick your base and toppings. They’ve got all the usual toppings, plus a few slightly different things like grilled eggplant and fresh rosemary. They’ve also got a sauce bar with all sorts of additional flavors. They have beer on draft and some wine, and a Coke Freestyle machine. The space is clean and modern, with benches and tables that are nice and wide for kids to manage. There are entrances from the front and back, and even a patio for nicer days.

Great pizza place! I love being able to design my own pizza! Perfect since my husband and I don’t like the same thing on our pizzas! Reasonably priced, which is great. Simple & oh, so delicious!

We also began our Pizza Crosta meal with the Medium Buffalo wings, which were tastier than the pizza. You can order them in 6 or 12 piece quantities. And don’t let your crust go to waste! Pizza Crosta has a sauce bar with choices like olive oil, balsamic, ranch, etc. Love the idea of one price with unlimited toppings. It makes it affordable to get two pies if you want to try some different toppings. How come it took so long for someone to come up with this concept? Pizza Crosta is a great place for a filling lunch or someplace to take the kiddies for an inexpensive meal. While it isn’t date night appropriate, it is a good option to have if you are craving a quick, yet affordable pizza. Read the rest–

I love this place! Everything is fresh. It’s like subway where you get to choose your own ingredients and the funny this is, it’s next to a Subway. The pizza was so good that I went there two days in a row lol. The price is reasonable for unlimited toppings but there was some toppings that are $ 1 or $ 2 extra.

Went here for dinner with the family and friends last evening. It reminds me of Kramer’s idea in Seinfeld to create a restaurant where patrons make their own pies. Pretty new and looking for customers, $ 5 off if you like them on Facebook. Comparable to Uncle Maddios in business model. Menu — pretty cool idea and topping were fun and creative. They have multiple crust and sauce varieties(like spicy and even buffalo) and are accommodating to all the dietary needs of the modern American. Wheat, Gluten Free, all that shit. Price — extremely reasonable. $ 8 for your own built pizza. now, they charge more for«premium» toppings but the ones they offer as standard are pretty good and would please the average bear. They had $ 2 drafts going on on Tuesday as well. So, overall, a nice price. Food — pretty darn good. toppings are fresh, the pizzas are done very well and not too hot or too cold. they need to work out a better assembly method as the employees were reaching all over each other to make multiple pies. I imagine that will fix itself in time. The sauce bar is awesome and they have some really tasty pesto dipping sauce. Ambiance — it’s got a weird feel to it. Like a Chipotle meets a pizza place, with those weird science lab looking tables everyone seems into. But it was very clean, has one TV and the staff was mindful of the guests and always checked on us. The owner was extremely enthusiastic and made us feel very welcomed there. He asked me if I liked my pizza and I said yes, and then he said ‘Me too!” which was funny, you know, because he made it. It was like Kanye telling you that he likes his own music. Best thing — Dipping sauce and the salami topping. Worst thing — Could have brought them all out at the same time. Better English speaking might be helpful as well.

This place just opened a couple weeks ago and I tried it for lunch. They(especially the owner) are very eager to please and proud of the restaurant. It’s the same concept at Your Pie. It’s the Subway of the pizza world. It’s got nice décor inside and lots of seating but isn’t super big. They have tons of pizza toppings(you get unlimited for less than 9 bucks) and you can make it a calzone instead of the 10″ pie. They also have customizable salads. Drinks include beer and the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. They have breadsticks and some dessert too I believe. They have a sort of self-serve sauce bar across from the soda machine which is a nice touch. I guess you just put it right on your entrée since I didn’t see any little cups. I enjoyed my pizza and I’d be back again. They’ve got reserved parking right out front for to-go orders.
