UPDATE: Nadia called me after seeing the reviews I was posting and said she would like to come back this weekend and have me critque her cleaning, obviously no one wants to tell their maid how to clean, but I’ll let her come back and see if she can make it right and then I will re-review her company. SCAM! If I could give them less than one I would. Glorious Maid Service is not a maid service. This is clearly a scam her and her husband are running. Nadia is the«owner» of the business, I kept seeing«Glorious Maids» on Atlanta on the Cheap; kgbDeals was offering the deal for $ 49. The deal stated this: kgbDeals(side deal): $ 49 = a two-hour deluxe cleaning from Glorious Maids. I called and Nadia to get the details, and answered the phone and was very polite, I definitely noted how nice the customer service was. She said I could just buy the deal directly through her and she would schedule my appt. then and there. She took my $ 49 credit card payment and emailed me a reciept and appt. confirmation. Fast forward, the day of. I get a call 15 minutes prior to my appt. telling me that her and her husband were running 3 hours late. I was planning on being there while they were cleaning, but was unable now because I had to go to work. I said that was fine, I would let them in and leave the key for them to lock the door. I had already paid, but left them a $ 20 tip as I thought I was getting a good deal, etc. One hour later I recieve a phone call from Nadia tell me they had already left my apt. I was shocked, I have a 2 br., 1150 sq./ft. apt. and my old studio used to take at least 2 hours to clean at half the size. Anyways, I told her I was shocked and she told me(not the first time, she kept saying this and how she was the owner over and over again) that they are used to cleaning mansions, so an apt. is a breeze. She said her husband was much faster than she was and that they had over 300 clients and were serving 20 clients a day. I assumed they had a large cleaning staff and she was just making the appts., obviously it now makes sense. When I got home tonight I thought I was hallucinating. I can literally tell what they did and mostly DIDNOT do. Basically they did a half ass job of wiping down a few things, the shower and toliet, and emptied 2 of 4 trash cans. THAT’S IT. They didn’t mop as promised or vacuum and I told her those were the most important things(because she asked me!) It’s just rediculous and I had to wait almost a week for them to fit me in so they are scamming a lot of people. I called her this morning and still haven’t heard back. I am going to try to get my money back and if not I am calling my credit card company and reporting them to the BBB. Last time I ever get a maid without checking their reviews first.
