2015 EyeCare

You get what you pay for — while others may choose to go to cheap chains, 2015 EyeCare has the latest equipment available for eye evaluation and the doctors are up-​to-​date with the latest procedures. As a middle-​aged man, my eyesight is changing and 2015 has repeatably given me an exam and then provides an overview about any changes and/​or what to expect in the near future. Twice, I had emergencies and they responded to voicemail quickly and one time allowed me to come in early. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Dr. Lopp is a fine eye doctor and he served me well in clearing up an infection in my eyes and doing the first exam I’d had done in a long time. And the customer service provided by his office is fine… so long as nothing goes wrong. When it does, expect to get no help at all. The young lady at the front desk told me a number of things. All of which proved to be incorrect. The office manager is nice enough until you don’t agree with her. Then she’s obstinate and rude. Her idea of customer service is to tell you were lucky not have paid more and that there is no other way but hers. I was charged twice for the same pair of glasses. Someone there made the decision that, not only was I not going to get what I paid for, but that I was not going to be told about it. Next time, I’ll go to Lense Crafters or some other such place. I like to support local businesses but I won’t be giving any more money to these people.

Having switched insurance plans with my new company, I was looking for an in-​network provider and luckily stumbled upon 2015 Eyecare. I read multiple reviews on the quality of service and was thrilled to find this place, a product of two doctors with decades of experience receiving rave reviews. Upon further research, I discovered one of the partner doctors is Dr. Simone Lewis, who had previously given me one of the best eye exams of my life at The Eye Gallery in The Forum in Norcross. Boy, was I so lucky and thankful to find her again!
I was able to easily schedule an exam on an upcoming Saturday, which conveniently fit my schedule. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by their eager staff and quickly ushered into my exam. This time, Dr. Lopp conducted my eye exam, slowly and patiently evaluating my eyes and carefully taking time to answer all my questions. I received the same care and attention to detail I enjoyed with Dr. Lewis years ago.
When it came time to purchase glasses, the staff was very friendly and enthusiastically showed me any pair of glasses I wanted to try, using their expertise to measure the best frames to fit my face. I cannot express how enjoyable this experience was, and I would highly recommend the care of Dr. Lewis and Dr. Lopp to anyone!

This Eyecare center is an in-​network vendor thru my eye vision plan. This was my first visit but it was great. Dr. Lewis was excellent in her examination & Rosie was a great help explaining my insurance coverage, helping me pick out frames, etc.
I recommend they are wonderful.

This is a new office for 2 long time optometrist in the Atlanta area. This was also my first time using these doctors. I have been wearing glasses and contacts for over 10years and never have I had an experience as great as the one I had here.
The staff is so friendly and have the best customer service manners! I had an emergency eye care situation and I called and was able to get an appointment same day. The wait wasn’t long and they did whatever they could to make sure I was comfortable. They even went the extra mile and looked up all my insurance info because I didn’t know who it was with.
I have seen both doctors due to my situation and both are very thorough and efficient. They were completely on top of my issue and making sure my eye is completely recovered. I would highly recommend ²⁰⁄₁₅ Eye Care to anyone who wears glasses or contacts. If your current optometrist office doesn’t make you feel this Great and like you can call them any time, then you need to switch to ²⁰⁄₁₅ Eye Care!!!
