Alec is a gem. So knowledgeable, so customer oriented, so competent, and so pleasant. Noah was a pleasant and competent addition to the team. I had a large job and they handled it very efficiently, and were able to discuss options on the spot for a couple of other items I had not previously contracted for. Totally pleased. And will definitely become a repeat customer.

Absolutely the worst rug cleaner — had to have the carpet cleaned again 4 weeks later. Their ‘protection’ was a joke! All dirt clung to the carpet — worse than before they cleaned! Never again!!! Each time they came they charged a different price — same job.

I love these guys. I have a longhaired cat who expels hairballs via projectile vomiting onto my pale gray carpet. Need I say more?
They always laugh at my halfhearted apology for the vomit marks throughout my house. They work like demons to get the cat hair out of the carpet. They move things, then they put things back exactly where they came from. They’re in and out inside of two hours to do two floors and a stairway and the carpet is spotless when they’re done. I’ve had them clean three times in 3 years and my carpet looks new thanks to them cleaning up after Frederika von Crankypants!
