CPU Computers are my «GO-​TO» folks.
I’ve never had a problem that the owner (Lori) /​staff (Dan) could not solve. After figuring out the situation, they explain it in simple terms so it’s easily understood and then offer remedies that are cost effective and a reasonable time-​frame to complete the job. Shoot, I’ve taken really messed-​up computers to them that needed immediate attention and they were very accommodating at a moments notice.
Listen-​up people… these folks are PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS; you could not ask for better CUSTOMER SERVICE anywhere… anywhere!
It’s all about TRUST, you know… and I trust my PC, Mac, Internet, and software woes to my «GO-​TO» folks at CPU Computers and you can too!

Have purchased multiple lap tops from CPU over the past few years and have been very happy with the service and friendly staff.

While visiting my senior-​age parents on Cape Cod recently, I discovered that my mother’s laptop was not working properly. In the process of getting it repaired, I also learned that the owners at CPU are not interested in the Sandwich community or helping people… just making a buck anyway they can, no matter who gets hurt in the process.
In the case of my mother: I brought her like-​new 2-​year old Sony laptop (which I had purchased for her and had used perfectly on a recent previous visit) simply to have a webcam installed. Sadly, the greedy owners at Computers & Performance Upgrades told me the laptop was badly infected with malicious viruses and needed a complete operating system reinstall – which was absolutely untrue (my mother seldom if ever goes online; she mostly plays local CD-​based games like Solitaire). As I’m not that tech savvy (nor is my mother), she insisted on paying the eye-​gouging bill herself for the wholly unnecessary procedure – something that was incredibly hard on a fixed retirement budget.
I wonder how many other people like myself and my elderly mother have had their tech ignorance taken advantage of, and been sold unnecessary services, repairs and parts by Computers & Performance Upgrades in the past few years. It’s clear from my dealings with them that they’ve been taking advantage of the uninformed and elderly for years – praying on ignorance, raping bank accounts and employing the worst in scare tactics… all to fleece their vulnerable & trusting customers.

I bought a surveillance system from CPU for my restaurant, haven’t had and issue yet

Cpu computers gave us great service! Our Internet was not working well and it was very frustrating trying to get email and answer questions for our customers — CPU came out that same day all the way to Chatham-​worked after hours and stayed till the job was complete! They pick up the phone when we call and I just referred them to the business next door who was having a quick book and mac issue — they called the same day — and remotely fixed the problem! Can’t ask for better customer service.
