They were conveniently located for me, took my order over the phone and had it ready on time. The service was good in all respects but I felt the flower arrangement they made was bit pricey for what it was and the fact that there was no card attached to show who the display was from was a bit of an over sight. While yes I should have asked for a card, but I don’t purchase funeral arrangements everyday, but they probably sell them everyday, they should know what people need and are going to need; so they don’t find out what they should have asked for 35 miles ago.

Unacceptable customer service. First we phoned and have been told that they offer repair/replacement services at additional charge for the lighting on our $ 450.00 christmas tree and $ 1800.00 outdoor lighting that we bought from them. When we arrived, Mr. Corso said they they do not provide this service. No reasonable explanation was offered. Mr. Corso, has Lost another Customer.

this is the second time I have had a most disappointing experience with this florist. both my son in law and I will NEVER use them again. the first time, for my daughter’s birthday, I went through teleflora; the flowers Corso sent were sparse and nothing like the picture. I made them pick them up for a refund. My daughter and son in law said that I should call them directly the next time as they are local and would have better luck. so this past Mother’s Day, sine they phone line was busy I went directly to their website and ordered a bouquet for my daughter indicating, NOSUBSTITUTIONS and upgrading 2 levels to premium. Again the flowers were pathetic, nothing like the picture, lacked roses, used filler flowers of Alstramaria and carnations. when I called to express my distress, I was told that they«forgot» the upgrade and could send out $ 20 worth of flowers on Monday or credit my account for $ 20 — my choice. Paula, the manager was neither apologetic nor fazed by their error. I said I wanted the entire bouquets replaced with the $ 67 dollars worth of flowers that I paid — the delivery and handling charges adding on an extra $ 23 to the tab. After agreeing to the exchange, she called me a few minutes later informing me that a complete exchanged was not possible, and my only option was the $ 20 refund or $ 20 worth of flowers, she was quite curt and dismissive. I asked to speak with the owner. the owner agreed to the exchange and did apologize for the«miscommunication» and said he would add extra flowers to make up for it. the second bouquet was not any better than the first. I will NEVER use this florist EVERAGAIN. See above photos. This is so totally unacceptable.

I called to place a same day order for my Mother, who was in the hospital. Unfortunately, it also happened to be Valentine’s day, a very big day for flower delivery! So this was not a great day to place a same day order. I was told they could deliver the next day. This was not ideal with my Mother’s condition, but what could I do. I called my brother and was told that the flowers arrived the same day, and she was very happy with the arrangement! I was sooooo happy that they went the extra mile to get the flowers delivered the same day. I will never order from another florist in Sandusky again! Thank you Corso’s!

I love this place! When I placed an internet order for Mother’s Day flowers, I accidentally entered the wrong date(a week late). A lady called me right away to check if I had made a mistake and when she couldn’t reach me, left a detailed voice mail with the name of a person to verify. Such personal service meant a lot to me! Plus my mom always loves their arrangements.
