By far the worse Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Waited online for 45mins. The service here is beyond slow! This place was also so dirty. They should definitely have someone sweeping the floor more frequently and cleaning the tables.

I love chipolte, but this location today at 1:30pm was filthy. Customers had to clean their own tables, the floor was covered in food, the grill had burnt food laying on it, the prep area had food smeared all over, I’ve NEVER seen a restaurant look like this! There were at least 7 employees behind the counter. Trash was overflowing. And while sitting at the table we actually had a flea jump across the table! We won’t be back! I realize maybe not all the managers run the restaurant like this, but today it just couldn’t be more UNSANITARY!

We ate here after leaving cedar point recently, the food was better than any Chipotle I’ve ever dined at… not sure why but all of us have been talking about it? The cleanliness of the place seemed good especially considering the high volume of patrons. I wish the Chipotle’s in GR Mi came close to my experience here.

I drove to Sandusky from Bellevue last night because I was craving chipotle. When I got there around 7:30 PM, the line was OUT THE DOOR! Stood in line about 20 min before getting to the order location. My burrito bowl then sat on the table for several minutes because there were not enough line staff to keep things moving, and things backed up waiting for check out as well. I drove home to eat my food, and it was good. But, they need to increase number of staff.

Food is always very fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and they work fast. My only complaint is this locations dining room always seems very dirty so we usually take the meal to go.

Very dirty inside and out. Portion control doesn’t exist here, each burrito had to have a second tortilla wrapped around it because it was busting open. Luckily, there’s a very slim chance I’ll have to come back here.

We liked Chipolte, but when we ate there the tables were so filthy and it wasn’t even busy at all. While we cleaned one of the tables our self, We sat and ate and enjoyed our delicious food. Also I feel they should tell their employees not smoke out front and walk in with the cigarette in their hand. Its just very unsanitary.

I love Chipotle! This Chipotle has two types of margaritas as well. Only problem– the restaurant is a little bit loud.
Only go to Chipotle if you need a meal on the go, though. There are better sit-​down restaurant places.

Nothing extraordinary about this location. A bit on the small side since it shares the building with Cooker next door. Usually a long line but their quick to work it out so don’t panic.

Oftentimes a wait but line moves fast. I usually get veggie burrito with rice, veggies, and salsa verde. I always ask for no beans and extra veggies. Unfortunately they never end up giving me the extra veggies. ?? Either way, fast and easy meal.

I have to say that this Chipotle goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I place on-​line orders somewhat frequently, and they remember me every time. If I happen to send someone else to pick it up, they even call to make sure everything met expecations.
The staff is friendly and always eager to help.
Great job on this location Chipotle! You are continuing to do it right!
