Shayna Padden and Jennifer Bayek at Sue Padden Real Estate were so great to work with! Prior to choosing them we had met with 3 realtors from all different companies. Out of all those that we met we chose Shayna and Jen because they seemed driven, enthusiastic and personable. Through out the whole process they were very responsive to any help we needed. They went out of their way to ensure we got what we wanted and needed while buying and selling. We got the home we wanted, and QUICKLY sold our home for the amount of money that we wanted because Shayna and Jen really knew their stuff and how to effectively sell our home. Great negotiating skills when dealing with offers etc. overall awesome experience and I would use them again if we were ever to move again.

I worked with Brandy on and off for almost 2 years before I finally committed to a home. She was awesome, really fun, and patient, too. I would use her again for buying or listing. I had an awesome experience and she gave really good advice– we learned about all of the mortgage options and even though she had never done my type of loan, she made sure she asked the mortgage company tons of questions so that she could be more informed.
