The eggnog is the best we have ever had. So creamy and delicious. I could have drank the whole container at one sitting.

Nice little local restaurant. I would normally give three stars but I like to support local and they are always nice. Why should I give three… I don’t like the lay-out for the ordering process, it gets so jammed up at counter when busy and is a nightmare. They really should have the one side order and the opposite side as pick up– you can’t even get to the condiments counter or the basket return when busy! My other sour note is more of a personal preference: I really dislike the buns they use for their burgers– imho they are too dense and chewy and stick to my teeth! Not enjoyable at all!!! I always swear that next time I will ask for no bun and I always forget! And last sour grape is cash only… come on now… Why they get four: The food is tasty though and they give a lot of it for a decent price. We haven’t ventured from the Hoover burger and split a basket of fries(we really should everything else looks so tasty!) This last visit the fries were delicious(warm and fresh tasting, crispy but not greasy. Excellent!) and there were so many that we barely ate half!

The milk is very delicious it tastes quite«like a chocolate milkshake after it melts» –Christopher that is very true I will say the mill is 5 stars so now let’s see how the food is. I got the chicken parm sandwich and it was very good. I got a half order of hover curly fries and it said it came with ranch, bacon and cheese but there was none of that… I will say though the sand which and the milk was amazing. I’m wanting to rate it 3.5 so I rounded up. It was a little muggy inside but it still was delicious

Considering that this place has the same owner as hoovers dairy, you would think that the ice cream would be made there. That is not the case, the ice cream is Perry’s, which is available at almost any food retailer in WNY. Save yourself the time and money and don’t bother going here until they actually start making their own ice cream or using quality ingredients.

I do love this place. I stop in for a baby twist all the time. Eggnog around the holidays is a must as well. The chocolate milk is great. Ive had a burger or two, some onion rings, and they are good but nothing special really. For me, this place is about the ice cream and other dairy.

Fresh squeezed chocolate milk. Straight from the chocolate cows apparently. The frozen custard is some of the best I’ve had.(Get the chocolate milk). The staff was soo friendly! I had so many ice cream samples that I no longer needed ice cream. It took a while for the beef on weck to come up was a whole new experience for me and I love it. Piled high with beef and a huge side of fries. The horseradish is the real deal though. It’s not cut with anything so BECAREFUL! I think I may have had a mini-stroke because of it. I put a pretty generous amount on the first bite and my eyes stopped working except to water and I think I lost around 15 minutes to the blindness and searing pain in my nasal canal. Ease up on it and it adds nicely to the sandwich. I will do this again for lunch or on a weekend late snack.

Stopped in on the way home from the rez on Sunday we were lucky enough to beat the after church rush. Had a banana split and it was wickedly good. I have not had one for like maybe 15 years.

stopped in with my wife for an ice cream cone, and the server gave me a cone of slush. Melted ice cream(canoli — by Perry’s) was running off the cone, and when I asked about it, she told me that’s just how this one comes. Put it in a cup, and it liquified in less than 5 minutes. Funny how any other place I get that flavor, it never is a slushy mess. will not be back

Hoover’s delivers milk and dairy products to my home and I’ve never been happier. The freshest, best tasting milk I’ve ever had. Their egg nog is world class and is routinely soldout a week before Christmas, so make sure you get it early. The restaurant on Ward Road is basic, but the food is awesome, inexpensive and their ice cream is great. It’s a cash only place so make sure you have cash money!

Hoovers Dairy is first and foremost a milk delivery company. They deliver milk in glass bottles to homes throughout Niagara county(just like in the old days). I’ve never used their delivery service, instead opting to stop by the store to pick up their delicious chocolate milk in person. I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the best chocolate milk I’ve ever had. It is spectacular. And don’t ask me why, but drinking milk from a glass bottle tastes better to me. But what makes Hoovers really special is the restaurant. They offer everything from burgers and roast beef to sandwiches and salads. This isn’t your typical cheap burger joint. What they offer are fresh gourmet style burgers — All of which are delicious(and well priced). My favorite is the grilled cheese double burger with a fried egg. So bad but so good! I would also recommend the Hoover Fries(fresh cut fries, cheese, ranch, and bacon). Be sure to get a thick milk shake made with real ice cream too. This is pickup service. You order, get a number, and pickup when called. Highly recommended for a simple yet delicious meal. Tip — Stop by during the holidays for their incredible egg nog!

Great family joint. Offers a wide variety of burgers, subs, sandwiches, dinner specials and so on. They also have a wide variety of ice cream, and have the best chocolate milk! Everything is delicious. I wish they sold their white milk in glass bottles, like they do their chocolate milk, without having to go to the building behind the restaurant.
