On time! Professional! Helped move furniture! Precision work! these guys were Excellent in service and attitude and worked with and around me. i am in a small apartment and their service was Tops! i can’t say enough of how well the job was done! i would Highly recommend them; you will walk on top of beauty knowing it won’t fall apart. Horrible service! Called for an estimate on a home 3 days early and even stopped by that morning to pick out carpet and hard flooring, NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! When I called the store, the owner said, «I didn’t know anything about it» when I described who I spoke with (tall Spanish guy with a bad eye) the owner said, *he went for an estimate but I don’t know if was yours” I asked him if he call that guy on his cell and just ask him if he was coming that idiot owner said, «I don’t have his cell phone number» WTF!!! What kind of business is this??? It is estimated to be at least a $ 4000 – 6000 job… whatever. Do not ask for an estimate unless you want to de disappointed.
