I moved to QC three years ago and was very worried about finding a new stylist. I made an appt with Shauna and I never looked back! She is an awesome colorist and a very talented stylist! Moving to the desert was damaging my hair and Shauna got it back to perfect health!
She works very hard to make you happy and make sure you look your best!

I never thought I was too picky when it came to my hair… until I had a few bad haircuts. I moved to STV over 3 years ago and had yet to find a stylist that I was satisfied with… until today. Ana at Serenity broke the string of bad cuts! I’m so happy with the highlights and style. Better yet, my husband loves it and he’s harder to please than me! Thx Ana! I’ll be back!

I moved to Arizona in June of 2015. I left behind a wonderful stylist and I had been searching for a stylist that could color my hair the way I wanted. I am VERY PICKY when it comes to my hair! I tried 2 other stylist and neither could ever get my hair the way I wanted. I saw Serenity on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. I had a consult with Heather and showed her pictures of the color I wanted my hair to be. She explained what she would do and answered any questions I had. I set up my appointment for a different day. I LOVE my hair! Heather did an AWESOME job! She was very personable and made me feel right at home! I definitely found my stylist! It was a little bit more than I normally pay, but it’s my hair and she did a WONDERFUL job! I would totally recommend going here!!!

I love this place! I take my boys to get their hair cut by Jordan and he is so fun! All of the other stylists make you feel so welcome there.

I’m so blessed to have finally found the right hair salon. Hey, it only took 40 odd years and 3 states! And I used to go to Paul Mitchell when I lived in Seattle. Ana is the absolute best colorist and stylist I’ve ever been to. I’m an RN, so not someone that treats myself often or gets their hair done hardly ever. Every time I’ve been in to see Ana is perfect. She is so very sweet, professional, knows exactly what would be best and always listens to what you want and then improves on your expectations.
The salon is always clean, all of the staff is kind and friendly, the owner Maria (she and her husband Paul own and run it beautifully) is always on hand with her clients, and always checks in and is aware of everything else going on in the salon. The atmosphere is hip, fun and always lighthearted with everyone laughing and joking together. Plus their little dog Cody is both a wonderful presence and a prince, strutting around while you get your services performed. I have VERY long (down to my tailbone), curly hair that can be a trial to stylists, but Ana has always colored, cut and then perfectly styled and STRAIGHTENED my hair. This is at a cost of $ 105.00, which I think is very reasonable for ALL these services combined for long hair.
Every time I have my hair done and then go shopping after, I’m stopped by people to tell me how beautiful my hair looks! That’s not an exaggeration, it always happens! Thanks so much Ana, Maria and everyone, I couldn’t love a salon more!

Cyndi is amazing! Had problems lifting to get highlights to take. She was so nice and extremely patient doing everything to get to where it needed to be. It turned out gorgeous! I couldn’t be happier! Everyone is so nice and I love being there! Thanks Cyndi!!!

I’ve been coming here for almost a year and have always been happy with the results. This last visit was with Maria and not only did she do a great job she made it a fun experience as well!

I still love coming here! The girls are so nice and welcoming! I’m SUPER picky about my hair! Seriously… way too picky! Heather is so patient with my excessive questions and criticism. If you’ve ever had a bad experience at a hair salon (like I have) then you know how hard it can be to trust someone with your hair! It can be a very intense and stressful situation for me to have someone in control of the status of my hair. Heather always takes the time to explain every step of what she’s going to do to my hair and why that is the best option. Heather took me from brown to blonde and now does my root touch ups. She helps me choose the best products to put in my hair that keep it healthy and shiny, without being too expensive. My hair is in such great condition after being bleached, not fried or dry or breaking. I’ve spent a lot of time sitting in a Serenity chair and have seen really nice work from ALL the stylists! Maria and Barb are great, their people usually stick out to me as fabulous looking when they leave! Heather is my favorite though, she listens to what I want (even when it’s crazy) and sincerely cares about what she is doing, that her clients leave with great hair :) My 6 year old also gets her hair cut here and loves it!

Went for a hair cut and color. Barb was awful. parted my hair on the wrong side. kept me turned frommirror till she was done. omg It was awful. no point in explaining she does not listen. too bad, her color was ok cut… not So much… try listening. won’t be back sometimes there is no fixing it,.

I went in for a consultation for my wedding party for hair/​makeup (getting married in a venue sorta close to Serenity). I met with a woman named Barbara. Her first question was, «What are you here to talk about?» I guess nobody prepped her?! We discussed what I was looking for. She started hairstyle and I didn’t like it. Started a new one and it looked better. I asked her what type of makeup she was going to use and she said she didn’t know. I’m not sure why you are doing makeup if you don’t even know what makeup your salon uses. She seemed preoccupied and I didn’t think she was customer friendly. Maybe I would have felt differently toward the salon if I had been placed with someone else. I ended up canceling for me and girls. We are going to a different salon in chandler. I would not recommend this salon for any special event. If you do, don’t see Barbara as she was unprofessional and really not engaged.

We were very dissatisfied with this salon. My mother was visiting from out of town and wanted to look her best for Christmas day so we used Unilocal to find a well rated salon nearby and made an appointment. Mom wanted a shampoo, dry, and style. After dropping Mom off we went to the grocery nearby. Mom call us as we were getting started to say she was ready to be picked up. Mom was at the salon EXACTLY 17 minutes. We went immediately to pick her up and her hair looked awful. I offered to go back in with her but she said it was fine and that, «you know that when you travel sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don’t.» She was her lovely graceful self and we left. One last thing… Shame on you Barb, shame on you.

This salon is great. Never been before Heather made me feel right at home. I told her I was nervous and she took the time to explain everything. I went in wanting a big change and that is what I got. SO HAPPY with the results. Color and a cut I am eager to show off. Everyone was great. I really enjoyed that everyone got along with each other and complimented one an-​others work. needless to say I will be going back and back and back. Will be taking my youngest who does not like haircuts as well. The gentlemen that was cutting kids hair was great. Thanks so much Heather!

Serenity saved my daughter’s hair! Smart Style did a complete chop job on it. We ran to Serenity and thankfully they got us in right away. My daughter can now start school without worry! Thank you, Sarah, for giving her an awesome cut!

This was my very first time getting my hair dyed and I’m so glad I did it! Hannah calmed my fears and assured me I was going to look beautiful. Hannah helped me and explained everything to me. The shop is very clean and everyone is very sweet. I’m so happy the way my hair came out. If you need a dye job or a hair cut ask for Hannah, you won’t regret it.

So glad we found this place! This place is a great salon and offers so many services. The stylists are amazing and just turned my daughter into a beautiful young lady! Thank you so much!!!

Had a fantastic experience today at the salon! This was my first visit with Maria and she was very professional and courteous. The salon is beautiful with very friendly stylists. Maria gave me a beautiful cut and style. Very competitive prices. I highly recommend this salon!

I started going to Serenity when we moved to San Tan Valley in June. LOVE IT. Barb has been my stylist every time and she does an amazing job, whether it’s just a trim or a full color service. She listened to my indecisive ideas and helped me to come up with a color and cut to suit me best. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments after every visit. I couldn’t be happier! I would recommend Serenity to anyone… not just because of my experience with Barb, but because the entire staff is very personable and professional… never like I was just another customer. Highly recommend!

Nothing spectacular about this place except they were close to my home. I called to make an appointment for my two girls with beautiful curly hair. They both wanted it shorter. When making the call I specifically asked if I should straighten their hair first but the receptionist advised me that all the stylists know how to cut curly hair.
What ever happened to chatting with the client as well? hmmm They wash & cut both of my girls hair & of course in the shop it looks fine because it’s wet. As soon as it’s dry I can tell one side of my child’s hair is longer. I have straightened it out & we definitely have to go back for a touch up/​trim on both girls. My oldest also got her eye brows done because the stylist talked us into it, any how I wasn’t one bit pleased, she made them too drastic for a 14 yr. Old. Sad to say we’re still looking for a salon whom knows how to cut my girls hair & not have to keep going back. Grrrrr. Did I mention they push the hair products on you a lot. Not satisfied

I have never had a bad experience here. The girls that work here are very nice and friendly. It can get realy busy here so you can make reservations on line or over the phone if you dont want to wait.
